not bad, not bad at all...........

Nice price, 250gb to keep all ya' media on, and an 8400m GS so you'll be able to do some light gaming on it as well.

I'd definitely be up for this.... if I had a spare £371!

Level 2 cache 512 KB ?? Still an ok deal though. ta.

I bought a laptop from the HP store..and I keep on having to reformat it as error messages keep popping up! bit disappointed =(

how fast is the processor?

I've just been trying to buy this, and the price started off at £449 and accepted the quidco discount, but after registering and getting through to pay, it's up to £499/ £449 with Quidco discount. I've cleared cookies/ cleared basket and gone back in, and although the on screen price is £449, it goes into basket at £499

so its (1ghz processor with 512kb cache) x2 ?

I am not sure if they have made a mistake, my order was accepted at the £449.99 price but it nows seems to go into the basket at £499.99

Give it an hour and try again?.

NO 2 x 2ghz Cores with 512k cache each,

not bad at all !

Looks like the £449 price is a typing error. It goes into the basket at £499 and the page with all the laptops listed shows the price as £499.

I ordered 1 3 days ago at the £499 price and returned it today for a refund when I saw the same thing £50 cheaper! and it tracked to my basket at the lower price and HP have since confirmed it isa out for delivery tomorrow.,

flashyphotos - before you returned the system, did it run a decent speed when using it?

I didnt even unpack it as it arrived today after I had already seen the new reduced price, so I called HP and they said to order the new redfuced one and to return the first one unopened with the city link driver, SO I never even hadf it out the box!

New one will be here tomorrow, so will test it then, TBH as long as it streams HD to my TV via the built in HDMI socket thats really all I need it to do apart from filing the odd report on the web whilst I am on the road for work!
