Thanks mate. Just ordered the 128gb model at £399.99. No problem for me, code worked.

Cracking deal, just ordered one for the Dark Lord (I mean the wife).

got it sorted, thanks op as i have to return a yoga 700 as it doesnt have a backlit keyboard

Is the battery life any good on these? Was gonna buy a macbook but the specs on this are alot better and half the price

According to this: http://www8.hp.com/uk/en/products/laptops/product-detail.html?oid=8921468

It appears to have "up to 9 hours" battery life

Can't get past the address screen! Tried Chrome, ff, opera and ie!

Code worked for me - *needs to be home delivery

What have most people gone for?

The voucher code has been around for a while, but looks like they've discounted these 3 Envy's by £100.

More info about these laptops in this recent deal - worth a read before committing:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/hp-envy-13-d061sa-13-3-laptop-aluminium-599-99-with-voucher-pcworld-2351611

I would have preferred the 1080p screen with 8GB RAM. But shame that the RAM can't be upgraded since it's soldered on. And I reckon a 1080p screen would be less of a battery drain than a 3200 x 1800 panel.

This might be worth a read, considering the £100 uplift from the i5 to the i7: pcspecialist.co.uk/for…00U

Worth a look here for feedback on the machine... around p4 onwards

Looks like a great deal, but I get "Sorry! That promotional code is not valid." when adding the voucher

Can't get it to work either!

Code not working for me

Looks like a great deal. I've been looking at the asus ux305 and dell 13 xps for a little while and this seems to be a good alternative for the cash

No touchscreen?

It was working but guess they have caught up

MrPuddington

No touchscreen?

No, but that's no great loss

Looks a great deal but would be nice to see one first before ordering.

Does anyone know when the code will expire / offer will end?

code doesn't work!

Great laptop. I have it. Can't fault it. Battery life is fine, 7+ hours average usage. Any questions, feel free to ask.
Note I have the 1080p screen, which may differ slightly in areas such as battery life.

Expired

I have had 2 of the more expensive i7 with the bigger SSD drive direct from hp both had faulty screens, gave up and requested refund, I have ordered another i7 see if I get luckier this time, I read about the difference between i5 and i7 but fasters still faster even if only little!

teardown here for the cheapo one

just got the feeling I would want to upgrade to 8gb ram at some point

Code doesn't work...

That is a superb price if you can get it for £400. Thin, light, 13.3", 1.35kg, IPS, alu case....great portable Windows lappy.

HOT (if the code actually works). COLD otherwise.
