I found this deal while searching for a new laptop, it's an absolute steel, specifications are fantastic and it's one of the few laptops out there under £1k with a really beefy graphics card for crysis and friends. It's got the designer look about it too, definitely not shabby.

Think all the envy laptops have had a facelift with a faster gpu and a few other things, not very favourable reviews for a windows version of a macbook pro

Loads of power but no DVD or Blu Ray drive according to both Comet and HP

Dont forget Quidco!

Brings it down by a further £26 and a few change

it's a good price for this and it May look good... But it'll break down after a year and you'll be stuck with a Hp door stopper.

not really rated highly in pc pro mag

I believe they ship with a matching external USB DVD drive in the box. I think the one they sell in Currys/PC World is an external BD player/DVD writer.

Cheap for an Envy. Anyone know the weight?

very temped! with a core i7 processor this is of great value! A pity that no too many people appreciate its superb powerful hardware...
