I have the instant ink free for life from a previous deal, I get 15 pages a month, it is absolute rubbish, it claims you print when you haven't done, HP are aware of 'ghost printing' but can't do anything about it, I suggested Yvette Fielding or Derek Acorah for help, but its fallen on deaf ears...

Looks like a good deal to me.
Anybody know how good the photos come out?

I use mine for photos from time to time and they turn out very nice - depends on the paper you use, even though I use the ones from Poundland, they still turn out well

All-in-one, so I guess it does have a scanner. Hope this will help.
Paid £50 for this a few weeks ago, I would recommend it. The 9month ink trial is a good deal. I’m using this to print all my pics. 300 pages a month free is a good deal

I clicked on the link, it took me to the product page and I scrolled down to Product Information where it said Scan. Did you have trouble with this?
Would recommend this and the instant ink service seems to be going ok too, after free trial it’s £1.99 per month for 50 pages, it’s one less thing to worry about

How many pages are included in the free ink offer?

i has a quick look but can not find the details
Storck
You choose the pages. Best option is definitely 300 per month whilst on the free trial. I have 2 of these, 1 for business, 1 personal. Highly recommend.
May as well bin it after the ink trial. The tri colour ink cartridges are so expensive and wasteful. You should always go for individual colour ink cartridges, much cheaper and less wasteful.
So if I choose 300 pages a month option for the trial period, how can I change it to the free option later (15 pages a month)

Or is it not possible to downgrade to the free option?
Once the free trial is over can I just cancel it totally and just buy the ink
If anyone can Help i got another printer 5 month's ago with 5 month free trail, which is now finish, can i buy this printer and start another 9 month trail? Or you only allwed 1 trai per household /or per name /bank account?

U choose the plan. Obv it would be foolish not to go for the max amount during the trial period and then after that u can downgrade
Went via quidco they have an offer of 5% cash back. Can't go wrong....

U can add this trial. Just call them and say u bought a new printer and it came with it. Or..... Better still just make a new account n recommend yourself from your old account and hey presto u have 1 free month on your old account and 10 free months on your new account

I also have same doubt can’t we move to free from any plan
I’ve got one of these. I selected the 100 page option but during the free trial you get 300 pages per month. Worth it just for the ink you get.
It is possible to upgrade this 9 month ink to 12 months as well... ask me if you need to know.

Up to 15 pages are free but it claims that I am printing more than I actually am.. I have had to alter my payment method to a pre pay visa card that has nothing on it so they cannot take any cash from me when it goes over the 15.

Just downgrade the monthly plan you are on before the end of the free service

According to the terms and conditions it is not possible to downgrade from a paid plan (even if this is the free one during the trial) to the free 15-page plan. The free 15-page plan can only be selected when registering the printer. However, someone else on other HP threads said that at the end of the free trial it is possible to cancel the instant ink service and the re-register for the 15-page free plan. I have not tried this myself, so I can't say for sure whether this works ok.

You won’t get very far in your career if you can’t find out simple information on something.

That fact you even responded...
Not familiar with the instant ink thing. On the trial do you get replacement ink even if you aren't using the printer month to month? Can I stockpile replacements over the 9 months??
