Them have these in Costco.
There may be a reason why its discounted. No matter how good it is any problem with either screen or computer and you have to junk the lot. Despite the cable issue seperates does make upgrading/replacement much easier. I find I update processors faster than screens and this is a beauty I think I would like to keep.

But if this is for you its certainly the price is too so voted hot. Perfect for the CEO's desk?

It does have a single HDMI 2.0 input, via which you can just use the display portion with another device. Heck of a lot to pay for that though.
It is for work, I get to choose a new pc every 3-4 years. £49 for 3 years rtb, so I am covered. The screen format works well for document production. I know it's not for everyone, but it suits my needs.
Amazing value, wow!
Very nice indeed. Tempting. I've had an ASUS AIO (with the detachable Android tablet) for some time and so far it's worked well. This does take things to another level and the HDMI input is cute. Qi wireless charging pad in the base seems to be included but not mentioned too much in the basic web page.
Meh, OK, I give in. Ordered. Thanks OP - my wallet doesn't
OOS
Basically a laptop connected to 34 inch monitor. Id buy seperate 34 inch monitor for about £400 and use rest to build gaming rig
poor GPU, can it be upgraded? or is soldered to the board?
I don't understand this - they put a £300 CPU in it, but then cheap out with 8GB of RAM and a crappy GPU :s

GPU us probably soldered, but it has thunderbolt 3 so you can go the egpu route
Just got it delivered. It does have infra red camera for windows hello, review vids says it doesn't. Looks less intrusive than the Dell 2710 which it is replacing. First impressions, screen is stunning and sound good compared to dell pc, but not as good as my bose soundlink wireless speaker that I use for music in the office (lacks bass, but vocals are amazing).

I had been looking at the last i5 version of this 34” Envy AIO about 1.5-2yrs ago and I ended up opting for the Skull Canyon NUCi7KYK with 32GB ram, 256GB SSD attached to the back of a widescreen monitor by VESA mount Suited my purposes and about 1/3 the price.
