Inspired by the HP 7612 thread, this is a much newer model for not a lot more, with the amazing Page Wide A3 / A4 printing engine + the real print res is 1200x1200 dpi & it has double sided scanning as standard, prints 1000 pages on a standard cartridge & has a 30,000 monthly duty print cycle!

Automatic two-sided printing, fast print speeds, and an auto document feeder help ease your day.

The 35-page ADF handles documents up to legal size (21.6 x 35.6 cm), so you finish duplex jobs quickly.

Tap and swipe the smartphone-style colour touchscreen for timesaving shortcuts.

Increase paper capacity to 500 sheets with the included second 250-sheet paper tray.

Great for Home, Photo, SME, SOHO, School use, Uni etc etc

To get 7 months free HP ink instead of 2 use these codes, in the order listed! ((thanks @OperateOnMe ))

First code: jcWFJ

Second code: 6freeink

Then cancel after 7 months of FREE ink

Oh and it has a fax, if there are any other dinosaurs like me, who still use one!

Not Page Wide btw. It appears to use the same ink cartridges as a lot of the HP Officejet Pro range rather than the massive tanks that the Page Wide printers use.
Bought when at £100 with £80 cashback and 3yr warranty. Didn't get any A3 paper with it...

The printer is massive...check you have the space and need it ...
brilliant price for a A3 printer. How much is the toners and consumables? anyone have it and know?
Great deal but even the "compatible" refills are £35+ a set.

You could probably refill cheaper if there's a way to reset the chip.

The actual HP ink carts are only £20-25 and have a yield of 1000 pages, you can get compatible ones ((decent refilling companies)) for a lot less

1000 pages Each!
bought the 7720 back in december with cashback - great printer and scanner really impressed with how much choices and flexbility that had. I was waiting for this to come with a decent cashback as this does full A3 scans and double sided scanning - ordered. Thanks for posting OP.

edit: ordered mine from HP few quids more and missing the £10 worth of A3.

I installed one of these late last year for a customer and it looked pretty good as an A3 printer/copier/scanner alternative to the always popular Officejet Pro 8710/8720.

One thing to take notice of so is that a paper tray/cassette that has A3 paper in it can not be fully closed. Really strange design choice by HP there.

Watch the video from 7min 11sec onwards to see what I mean.

Ink cartridges - Not toner.
Fairly expensive, be warned.
This seems a fantastic deal but I couldn't find it on the link or the ebuyer site- perhaps it has finished, or I am not looking properly?
I have an A3 printer, which cost me rather more then this but I still think was one of my better purchases, and although I don't use A3 that often I love the facility to print stuff like plans that bit bigger. If you have the space, and you can get it at this price, get one!
Seems out of stock on ebuyer.

Still great for £50 after cash back from HP's website.

Seems mad for a decent enough A3 printer, plus up to A3 scanner with auto sheet feeder!

Edit: box.co.uk have them, plus 7% TCB, making it £110.39 - £70 = £40.39 for this printer. Can't be bad if it all works out!

You can use the instant ink service for FREE and cancel after 7 months too. I just signed up for HP Instant ink (7 Janaury 2018) and got SEVEN MONTHS FREE not two. If you use these codes, in this order you will get an extra SEVEN months.

First use code: jcWFJ

Second/then use code: 6freeink

Do not use the code 2MONTHSDJUK or FREEINK as this will only get you 3/2 extra months, not 7.
