    Nice price OP.
Looks a good deal. Anyone know how long I'll be waiting for a 4K, 32in, 144Hz, G-Sync monitor that isn't ultrawide? Or maybe recommend a 1440p alternative.

That's a bargain compared to what they're asking over here!

    So tempting but need 144Hz
If this would had 144hz panel with 1ms this would have been the ultimate monitor
Hello, can someone tell me is it 100hz or 60hz, the small print says..

It will be 60hz native, overclocked using the OSD 'UPTO' 100hz.
How does this compare to the Acer XR342CK? I'm not a huge expert with monitors
How does warranty work on this?
Shipping seems like it will add 6.70 euros, going off the weight of 20kg
    € 5.5 / shipping + € 0.6 / kg

Thank you, I'm ready to pull the trigger. Second question about warranty though, any issues with Amazon or HP?
Showing as 644.20 delivered for me.
Also not a big fan of this "potential" 100hz overclockable
    Returns will be a hassle.

why? my Dell from Amz Germany had next day on-site from Dell, shouldn't this have a HP warranty?

Yeah a friend of mine has the Acer Predator X34 (original model) which is also 60-100 Hz. He keeps his at around 85-90hz as above that he gets coil wine from the monitor itself.

Regardless of your desired panel not existing, the limit of displayport 1.2 is 60Hz at 4K. You'll need some future connection beyond displayport 1.4 that doesn't exist yet or alternatively HDMI 2.1 which exists but only as of 6 months ago so won't be around for a while.

That isn't Ultrawide? Why do you not like Ultrawide, have you tried it? Its much better for gaming IMO since you get a lot more on your screen

Anything wider than my current screen means I can't open my bedroom door. I haven't got the hardware for 4K really, but would like it for movies too. But seeing as it doesn't exist, any recommendations for a 1440p, 144Hz, 32in G-Sync monitor?

Aw yiss, split your monitor into two regions for double the screen tearing! Guess it wouldn't matter at 144hz though!

Got vote cold on this. Better monitors for the same price that can be acquired within the U.K. I can’t speak for customer service on the EU mainland and couldn’t fathom a return due to Dead pixels or bleeding. Any potential buyer, make sure you do your research on this monitor first.

Guess this is more of a theoretical post then
Warranty via HP should not be an issue since this monitor is sold in Spain and the UK.

What is covered by HP Global Warranty HP Global Warranty covers HP products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. For example, a product purchased in country "A" and moved to country "B" receives the current warranty coverage provided by country "B" (if that product is marketed or supported in country B).

I'm so close to buying it, someone convince me too pull the trigger.

If the idea of coil whine (like a mosquito) coming from the monitor bothers you, I'd skip the x34a.
