Hi guys.
Can someone who is more in the know give me a little feedback on this deal please?
My mom is after a laptop for word processing and surfing the Internet, maybe a little light gaming by her grandchildren...

Thanks in advance.

All depends on what you mean by light gaming?
I would say stay away from AMD CPU. I love them in desktops but in laptops Intel is just better in terms of heating and how quietly laptop operates. look for something with i5 5th generation. you can get similar specs in that price range or maybe a bit expensive like £399.
saveonlaptops.co.uk/m/p…772. with i5 the newest 6th generation. the only minus of this specs at that price is low Ram memory (only 4gb) but that's cheap to buy later and replace it by yourself. graphic card is integrated but will be enough for light gaming. Hopefully it will help you.
AMD A8-7410 APU consumer laptop for £350?

There are deals way better here most of days.

Tesco do a AMD 7410 for £280 with 4GB RAM and 1TB HDD. It is white though. I like it a lot.

I would like i5 but they are a lot more money.
Just to make clear this model has 8gm ram and 2 TB HDD. Bought one for my daughter who is a student and she's very happy with it. It'll do all the basics very well. Not for gamers or high end video editing but for most people this is a decenrt machine at a decent price that will do everything they need.
