​Oh yeah, with half the ram, half the storage, and a weaker processor.
There are so many fairly good deals, at the moment, using the newer Skylake i5 CPU for less money than this older Broadwell i3 model, though I think it's worth noting that this deal has a touchscreen and though the i3-5157U Broadwell CPU ranges between 10 - 20% slower in most benchmarks (using cpumonkey figures) and uses almost twice the wattage of the i5 6200, I think people probably won't notice much of a difference in day-to-day use.
