Was £849.99

Sadly not as good a deal as the i7

Good price. Laptops with i5 7300hq on ebay cost just under £700

For currys to come up with this offer its already a miracle. U dont normally get anything with decent price at currys,if it happens its out of stock all over the country

same price now out of stock same laptop 251 not 250 i7

Says its down from £849.99, but a decent saving. I do like a web site that lets you sort by "% discount".

It's sold out now

Just compared the cpu to my 5yr old dell i7 3612 and its very nearly the same score.

Worth mentioning the free games with this in the description

The i7 has sold out

Ah ok. The hp omen isn't on the other thread

Purchased this as I missed out on the i7 deal. Happy enough though!

Another great laptop deal - can't get better for £500.

Great find OP, bought one to flip, hopefully it has an audience

Can't go wrong for £500! Great deal!

Heat added

Got one. Cheers OP. Pity the i7 was out of stock but still very happy thank you

I think it would have been mentioned already if so, but 4% Quidco is a little extra you can get

Or £30 TCB

Ordering one of these, I'd already found it and was about to post myself.

But, still appreciate you posting it!!

Anyone know what the other games are?

Quite a few offers on Currys website, not sure if true savings.

At least its a better deal than DELL Inspiron 15 5000 15.6 (£699) from curry
i bought it yesterday; and now i bought this deal. i'll have to return Dell,
sadly hp i7 ended to quick dell

As always ignore the RRP and just look at the actual price which for this spec is low.

£30 TCB

Or £30 TCB

thanks just raised a match claim with quidco to get it for that

I'd be interested to discover why people think the i7 is going to offer a substantially better experience over this quad-core 7th gen i5, which is essentially the same silicon underneath - unless it's just the marketing that's selling it.

According to the Ts & Cs Here Your getting the Achieve Pack when you type the product code 186107
Achieve Pack includes:
Dirt 4 (PEGI age rating: 3+)
PCmover® Professional
Corel®Painter Essential™ 5
MAGIX Fastcut
WinZip® 21

Bought and with TCB.
You could use wilko gift card trick for extra 10% off. Posted couple days back.

Heat. Got one, I Like others missed out on the i7 deal but this would do.

Good price for the spec. Wish there was such a thing as a portable gaming laptop. I suppose Raven Ridge might give acceptable performance at a smaller size.

TCB only tracks at £4.20, as they take the VAT off, so falls below to £499.00 mark for the £30 offer.

I think essentially 7 is a bigger number than 5...

If only HP didn't use the American style keyboard for their consumer laptops, but otherwise very good deal!
