Can we get HP care pack when buying directly from AO? and how mush is the care pack.
Anyone know if this has space for a SATA SSD internally?
New design of the Pavilions looks great (like the better Omen range) and this is a nice price for all that spec. The recent HP machines have really started to look like good buys (their older stuff was plasticy and had very little durability).
*HP Care Pack. Gives 3 year warranty for maximum £56 (this is HP's price, looking for cheaper...)
Don't ask me how this works. You buy the care pack from anybody and then have to register it with HP asap.
The care pack is.... U4819E
How do I know? Go here
cpc.ext.hp.com/por…pc/
Enter SKU of the laptop which is 133W8EA

EDIT. £49 from HP store.hp.com/UKS…19E

Ordered mine from HP last week. Said in stock at the time. Now been told it'll be 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Price was £629 plus £42 for the 3 year care pack.
Out of stock now unfortunately.

Did you choose delivery or collection?

Collection seems a lot quicker.

Delivery. No option for collection with HP as far as I know.
Ordered this and was told it was due for collection today. Now they’ve said there’s stock issues with HP. Anyone else in this situation?

Hmmm interesting. I'll soon find out as ordered mine direct from HP last night. Order has since been confirmed and is being built though I've been advised.

Edit: Just logged in again and now saying waiting stock and moved to the full 2 weeks for estimated delivery. So AO could be telling the truth! 😬

Ordered mine last Friday and they say it will be shipped on 22nd July.
24th for AO orders
These Dell threads have we really worried now about this only being 250 nits. Does IPS mean not to worry or irrelevant???
I cancelled mine with AO and ordered with Amazon. Far quicker especially with prime. AO still have no stock. If you’re still waiting for AO you’ve got another week of waiting (24th).

Hi All, I've just upgraded my RAM to 16gb. Does anyone have any idea how much the official HP 8gb is worth for selling? Thanks!
