I'm liking the prebuilt PC deals... Keep it up
lol nice one
if you take off the cost of a genuine win 10 licence that leaves some very cheap hardware, pity it's too ugly for an htpc as the spec. is perfect for that use.
With a SSD would this be good?

The best HTPC is one that's hidden, unless it's a beaut.

I'm liking them too
Well this be able to handle Photoshop and Premiere (light use)? Parents are learning them and they'll need a better system than what they have at the moment (a quite old hp all in one)

Yes and you can also upgrade as funds allow.

You'd need 8gb of ram min realistically as the inbult graphics chip will slurp some ram and then w10 will. With 4gb of ram there won't be much left and you hit virtual memory very very quickly.
Could you use the payday 10% off eBay code on this aswell?
Not a bad little PC for less than £200, likey likey HEATY!

Just be aware if upgrading this has some custom tiny little PSU looking at the pics. It probably doesn't have much headroom for a GPU. More RAM, SSD or slightly faster CPU (assuming motherboard supports it!) would probably be ok.
Would this work with a 4k monitor?

Don’t think Argos are one of the retailers participating with this offer so no
Not bad cpu but with traditional HDD and Windows may be sluggish. Would add cheap SSD for OS. Crucial says specs are "Drive Interface: SATA/M.2" but guess there'll be a spare SATA connector; if not use the M.2.

EDIT: looks like a few SATA connectors and I've found the M.2 socket...

You can see the motherboard here, has a m.2 slot and plenty of SATA ports.

what form factor is the mobo, looking to move into a diff case and add a 1660ti, cant work out if its a matx or itx or a custom size.
Does anyone know how much the additional 4GB of RAM would be - ideally W10 should have 8GB in my opinion
This is an interesting read re requirements for W10

Hi, would I better off buying another 4gb ram or swap out the current 4gb stock with a single 8gb stick?

Completely custom. Its got rear and front ports on it. No form factor I've heard of has front ports. The PSU looks completely custom too -The motherboard doesn't the usual power connector but 2x 4 pin!
