Good Price!! Good printer. £6.99 official inks, an includes an efficient printing system which actually recycles ink! You will get lots of good quality prints from this print and from a set of cartridges.

I do wish people who vote cold would put their reasons why !!!!!

This was always atleast £99.99. The newer 6 ink models will even have the same printing systems in so this is a truly great buy. Pah.... cold voters!

Purchased the same printer at a similar price from Costco a few weeks back and extremely pleased with it. Print quality is fantastic. Great price - not sure why its so cold.

Hummmzzzz 4.5 ml of ink in the colour carts! Thats a tiny amount!

Actually each cartridge varies in the amount of ink, but around the 5ml mark.

Wouldn't let this put you off though. You need to realise how printers work to understand this reason why. Whenever you turn a printer on and off - it uses ink - even if you don't print. Before and after you print, it uses a little bit of ink. Whats happening is that most printers clean themselves by using their own ink. In this HP model and all 6 ink 363 printers in the range, they recycle this ink, and trapped air in the pipes etc also gets routed in to a vent. Thus saving ink.

Anyways, printer lesson over. But basically you will get around 180 6x4" prints from a full set of individual cartridges, costing £6.99. Better buy though is the photovalue pack. Can pick up for around £20 and you get 150 6x4" prints.

No idea why this is voted cold as I have one and just bought another for my Mum!

Print and scan quality are fine and the software is easy to use (e.g. you can scan direct to a PDF file attached to an e-mail).

Inks can be picked up cheaply (the packs are good value) and so far my ink seems to have gone a long way.

Given its network connection so I can print and scan from anywhere, (when attached to your router) as can all the PCs (or Macs) in the household, it really is a good buy.
