will the code BF15 not work on this?

Looks like a good deal. Assuming additional memory can be added and can swap the HDD for an SSD (would void the warranty though?). Main thing holding me back is the lack of HDMI output, so not sure what can be done for that, do adapters come cheap?

I doubt adding an SSD or ram voids the warranty, and it's so cheap is it worth worrying about? just take out the new ram/ssd if you had to return to repair.

You can get a DVI-D to HDMI adaptor lead for £4 - this gets you video but I doubt you'd get audio into the HDMI socket should that be needed. amazon.co.uk/Ama…c=1

Thanks for checking. I wasn't planning on buying but thought I'd point out the bigger discount
Think I'll get one. My current PC is ancient and is big case. I'd welcome the SFF and the processor would be a bit of a leap from my E8400.
Update bios, otherwise these old pcs are honeypots for viruses. All old CPUs have so many CPU vulnerabilities.

How old is this? Mine is nearly a decade old now, duel core jobby but does the basic stuff I do. Something smaller with ssd would be nice.

The i3 processor in this came out in 2014. I don't know when this particular HP model of PC came out but must more or less around that time. I built my current PC about 2008. It still does the job for my needs. It just the size of it really. Plus I can't be bothered sourcing the bits to build a replacement. For £63 and the SDD from my old unit....job done.
Mine arrived. In great condition, hardly a mark on it.
Stuck my old SSD as a boot drive. Fresh install of win10 pro and it's absolutely terrific.
Boots up in about 5 secs! And very quiet.
Well happy with it for my needs and all for £60 odd quid.
