Maybe the OP is trying to say the PC is fast, but it won't go away or actually move!

Get up to £250 for your old device
Trade up to HP from your old laptop, desktop or tablet.
BUT the promotion says

Available to businesses only.

Terms and Conditions apply.

Only £351.61 at Dabs (although currently on order i.e. no immediate stock). Dabs also qualifies for the cash-back from hp. If you can trade in then £251.61 (or even £281.55) seems a pretty good deal.

I thought it was only £100. Do you have the link to the £250?

Yes did see that one but was on order and couldn't see a expected date of despatch and the trade-in expires on the 30th June

I don't get the point of an i5 with a puny (180W) power supply. Why would you need a heap of processor speed other than for playing games or video editing etc? These types of use presumably need a decent graphics card which can't run on this power supply. I'm not knocking the deal itself but am genuinely confused about which type of user the machine is aimed at?

It makes sense, this isn't the father it is the mother(board and rest of your PC) that you receive, and it won't leak as there are no water cooling parts.

I was mainly interested in running Photoshop and web design programs, the processor will be great for batch processing and actions without the need for a decent graphics card. Well hopefully anyway?
