yup, would prob be ok for a running something or the other in a small enironment or test environment. ram is ecc and ddr2.

yup will take sata drives, prob has the caddys in the bay.

As far as I know, yes. Will find out when they rock up. For that price, the drives would have to be made of solid gold...

You mean the 12 high RPM fans?

They take standard Sata drives if you have the non hotswap backplane, i think the hot-swap backplane will require you to have the HP caddys the server will also require ECC FBDIMMS which are rather expensive compared to standard memory.
