Alot better. I think its as good as a top range i5 or i7.

No mate the processor isnt as good as intel core and the reliability isnt as good.

Always try go for intel core

Warning, when someone says “I think..” like this poster it invariably means that they don’t ‘know’ as is the case here.
Considering that most applications still only use 1 or 2 cores this 1.6GHz AMD CPU has the performance of something like a 1.3GHz Intel mobile Core 2 Duo CLV CPU. Ouch.
Sure it does better with applications that can use all 4 cores but even then it’s extremely underwhelming for a quad core.

Nice GPU for the price and the rest of the spec looks decent but the CPU is a dog. Woof woof.

Nice find!!! And best of all - it is not HP

Very hot!!! I mean the CPU temperature.

Despite the differences of performance of the processor on this and the i3, i5 etc, this is an excellent price for this machine on the specs alone.

Yeah its a fair bit better but according to specs no HDMI (minor point I know) And probably a slower HDD

I would say always go for AMD. They're far better value for performance and features, and i've never had, nor heard of, any problems with reliability in the 15 years of using them.
Plus, AMD aren't evil like Intel, who get fined record amounts for illegal activities to crush competition and ultimately give consumers less choice and value.

And, it just so happens I spotted this: "On January 31, 2011, Intel issued a recall on all P67 and H67 motherboards."
