Worth getting this, or is there anything around this price point any better?

Waste of money,I have one and the storage is awful states 64GB but 28GB is taken up the the operating system.....Didn’t even have enough space to download the update for windows 10 without having to clear a load of files onto an external hard drive a few weeks ago!
I've you've only got £200 in your pocket, just buy a second hand machine of yesteryear or a Chromebook.

You can get a thinkpad 6th gen i5 with ssd and 8gb of ram in near mint condition for this price- few years old but would actually serve a purpose. eBay- thinkpad and enter the specs

£200 for this trash? WHAT???
I had a HP laptop a few years ago. It seemed ok for a few weeks and then the problems started! The screen would go black whenever I plugged the charger in, among other things... They're notoriously difficult to get into, so if something goes, you may just as well throw it away unless you have bags of time, the knowledge and the patience of a saint! (My husband works in IT). In the end, the laptop went back to the shop we bought it from because HP own engineers could not fix it. I'll never buy a HP laptop again.
