if you are literally using it for basic stuff...internet surfing etc then it is fine.... but it is not good for anything out of the norm...

it is basically a tablet in a laptop case

and heavy for a tablet but its a good price

very shop direct have poor after sales if the product breaks down all you can do is keep getting repaired till the gtee runs out no refund or replacement.

exactly this, don't expect the world. I have purchased one and don't expect to do anything except internet and manage small spreadsheets. Will also be using it to use remote connections for work. it's not capable of any more than that.

I had quite the opposite experience, I purchased a £200 prestigio tablet which had constant issues, first time they offered a replacement which I accepted. I contacted them again and asked if they could refund the tablet in order for me to put the credit towards a new one which they accepted straight away. Got a galaxy tab 3 and been fine since.

seen this earlier, not only is it only 32gb (much less after windows install and back up partition, usually 14Gb usable space) the eMMc Flash nand (ssd) is very basic and slow, a buyer would be better off looking elsewhere as this is basically a surface pro RT bar the restriction of the RT APP only system.

This would suit someone who likes to browse the web and play some windows app games but not for someone looking to download a lot of stuff and video edit

Nope, had it for about 5 or 6 months. You should try and push it more and explain you want either credit or a refund for a product that does not work.

i have told them at first that i would take a replacement they said no company policy is that the products have to be repaired this has gone on for months i had to get the ombudsman service involved and waiting for a reply.it took shop direct over 8 weeks to send me the final responce letter and said keep getting it repaired till gtee runs out.
