Seen a little buzz about this tablet. £99 is a good price, but it can be made cheaper thanks to Amazon international shipping. If you buy the tablet from Amazon US and ship it to England, you save around £13/£14.

Although delivery is a lot longer, but still in time for Christmas.

Or buy the Linx 7" tablet with the same specs (32gb instead of 16gb) in the UK for under £80 and trade in offer.

Pleasingly it is also the same price if you ship it anywhere else in the UK, i.e. Scotland, Wales and Northern Island, for HUKDers not resident in England.

who pays the customs?

The customs and VAT will be more than the saving.

Had a play with this in currys, for the money get the linx 7 or 8.

Included in the price as you pay it to Amazon and they pay the duty.

Linx 7 seems better value though it has one of my pet hates, a USB charging port. I wonder if the free data pass on the Stream 8 would be valid in the UK?
