Nice. Will these work with Vista ?

Good find - heat added

Doesn't state whether the software comes with it or not; only that it's compatible with the HP fingerprint software.
If not your looking at extra cost to buy fingerprint authentication software.

BTW it wouldn't let me do the supersaver cause of the weight. my total cost was £10.55 which is still cheap.

These biometric scanners can easily be cheated by using a balloon (or condom, even a plastic bag) filled with warm water, and pressed into the slot, works 98% of the time.

Still a good price.

This is one of those slice scanners not a full print scan so there will be no latent print to raise. Breathing on a full finger scanner can actually reveal the print and unlock it in some cases without the need for the bag of water.

On a swipe scanner like this you would only need access to the persons prints (drinking glass or even the laptop itself) and some glue (maybe graphite powder as well).

Where did all these secret agents suddenly come from on Hotukdeals!!!!

You're correct sir !........there are several ways to do so, a print from a CD, DVD works great, tested in labs.

Gummy Bears also do the trick for the transfer medium.

At a Hens night........where else.......Doesn't everyone carry these?.........maybe I hang out with the wrong crowd !

dont use it with ie7 and ebay.

Microsoft's one is much better, more secure as it takes your whole fingerprint. They are about £25-30 I think.
