I know they are terrible when it comes to customer service, but this is a great deal.
Forgive my ignorance, but what's the deal with their credit back?

People expect high levels of customer service though when spending money. Become the norm with Amazon & John Lewis.

Oh I totally agree with you on that, Very are the worst with customer service and I'd not even touch them with a 10 feet pole, just saying this deal is decent for those who really need a good laptop.

Well if it's not, it will go back. I've ordered it becuase I can't see it cheaper anywhere else. I'm not keen on Very myself but instead of taking out their extended warranty on it, I'll get an extended warranty direct from HP. I've had a HP laptop before and their aftersales was very good
great price for a laptop and great offer heat added thanks for posting
How is this hot? It’s a rip off U processor with poor thermals and screen. Laptops at this price have dedicated gpus
I also thought it was expensive considering it didn’t have a dedicated GPU

I'd be interested in seeing one with a dedicated GPU and a better processor for the same price

I'm after a new laptop, should I stay away from U processor? Just wanted to pay around £500-600

Buy the item and on BNPL and they will add credit to your account after approx 4-6 weeks.
I have bought a 55" Samsung TV for £450 this way.
Never had a problem with Very personally
And I have spoken to customer service previously who have been helpful.
You alway find horror stories about every online retailer.
Good deal for decent spec...voted hot

Is it just credit to use with very in the future or can it go in your bank?

Credit gets applied to your account effectively taking the amount you owe down by that amount
