Looks like HTC desires are now coming down in price, just seem this on £25 Internet Texter 900

900 cross-network mins + 5000 texts + 1GB Mobile Internet Browsing + 5000 3-to-3 mins + FREE Skype-to-Skype calls + FREE Windows Live Messenger • 24 months

Good level of minutes/texts and data.

Please don't vote cold just because it is 3, I used to have 3 and the only place I had problems was at home, so changed to Vodafone, now I get a good signal at home but poor elsewhere for Data.

Also this has a £10 immediate cashback, and don't forget £30 from Quidco.

Bundle seems good, but don't like the phone.

24 months though. I'm just not sure if I'd want to be tied in for so long. Good deal otherwise though.

I'm sure they will do the same deal on a Nokia 6310 if that's more your taste!

What's wrong with the phone it's probably the best phone out there at the moment (unless you are an i sheep)

I'm struggling to find any decent deals on anything other than a 24 month... seems to be the way all contracts are headed

I just got unlimited texts, 600 minutes and 1gb data with a free Desire for £21 a monh from Vodaphone. All on an 18 month contract as well.

Being a clearence phone means it is a refurbished phone. Just letting anyone know who is under the impression it is new.

Wow, would love to know if this is genuine (considering this works out at £378 over 18 months which is cheaper than you can buy the phone anywhere in the UK?????)

Having been a Voda customer for 10+ years and spending £2k+ per year on 3 accounts I was told today that there were no offers and £35 p.m was the lowest tariff available on the Desire (even on a threat to leave with all accounts)

Not saying you are not genuine but seems a little fishy to me!!!

Wait a couple of weeks and see what the Desire HD will be like. No doubt prices on the Desire will change after that.

Best phone in my view is the Samsung Galaxy S
Next Sony Xperia X10
third Dell streak.

then this... but yeah the nokia 6310 isn't bad either

End of October by all accounts (probably explains why most networks seem to have little or no stock of the current Desire)

quite possibly the best phone I've ever owned, glad I didn't go for a fruit based one...

or pay £69.99 for the phone and get it on the one plan, a much better deal

Where? And where the 'one' plan?

Where? And where the 'one' plan?

Three offer the One plan, which is basically 2000 mins, 5000 3-3 mins, 5000 texts, and 1GB of internet.

£25 for 12 months if you phone up.

Can't understand why this is so cold? reference to "negotiated" deals is not really fair as not everyone will get them, or have the patience either.

The "one" deal from 3 is the same except 2000 minutes instead of 900, how many peolpe will really need more than 900 minutes? The one deal should be £35, also phoning up to negotiate deals will mean you will lose the quidco cashback etc.

3 customer service is not good, but personally I have had worse service from Vodafone.
