I Second that! .. its about time a 'Budget' HTC Phone came out again with an 'Above Average' half decent Spec' on it too? ...

The irony was I had actually heard of this Phone some Weeks back .. but I guess I naturally assumed that this Phone was on par with that of its slightly 'Lower Specced' HTC Desire S, &/or HTC Desire C ... (which its not ..... )

Heat from me. :-)

Not bad! .. looks like decent Phone then ...

Out of interest Hulk .. what use would you ever have need of a Phone for? .. afterall "Hulk smash", & "Hulk Bash" right ..... hahahaha lol. :-)

OP .. i'm assuming your Pay & Go 'Deal' is 'Locked' to Vodafone right?, or ..... thanx. :-)

Hmm this or Xperia SP.

this looks decent for the price, with HTC you know it will be well built and slick software. I had the original desire and what a great phone that was at the time,if this is as reliable as my one was, then it`s a budget winner!

I am not that type of hulk...

I had a HTC One from Vodafone once and that was unlocked but had some Voda apps and a Voda splash screen.

Thanx .. some Years back I had the 'Original' HTC Desire Phone on Vodafone too + the 'Original' HTC Wildfire on Vodafone also?.

HTC Desire was on 'Contract' (so came as 'Unlocked' as a "Curteousy to their Customers" .. as one Sales Lady told me one time when I asked a 'similar question some Years back?) ...

The HTC Wildfire was on 'Pay & Go' (& this was actually 'Locked' to the 'Network' .. no 'curteousy nothing' here ..... :-( lol).

Thats why I asked? .. as both Phones I was rocking at time were HTC's, & they were both on Vodafone at the time too? (but clearly in 'different states' of 'SIM Free'?), so ..... (thats mainly why I was kinda curious myself upon this particular HTC Pay & Go Phone, which is ironically on Vodafone Network too? lol. :-)

Does anyone know if this one will be Locked?, or Un-Locked please?. :-)

Why is this Phone only at 1%? .. its a very decent Phone? + you dont have to bother with any additional '£10 - £20 Top-Ups' either? (bumping up the Price ..... )

probably because it`s not a bloody moto g or poxy iphone!

poor quality screen for the price

Hmm this or Xperia SP.

I can't vouch for this phone but the SP is a horrible phone, bad screen (washed out, poor viewing angles and sometimes the digitizer just wouldn't respond requiring a hard reset) and awful camera. It was very zippy though!

I'd probably go for the Moto G 4G for a little less, or maybe the new Moto G 2014 if you don't mind sacrificing 4G.

Still good price for this handset though, have some heat.

Is this non removable battery then?

A qHD screen? I don't see why anyone would plump for this over the Moto G, 2013 or 2014 model.

Only paid £120 fot my Moto G 4G and am very happy with it.
The 610 has a slightly larger screen otherwise cannot see a reason I would swap.
So not for me but for someone still looking, a worthy option - so Heat Added !!

Better sound, better camera...

Better camera than the 2013 G for sure, but the 2014 version is probably very similar to the desire. Also the 2014 version includes dual front facing stereo speakers similar to HTC's boomsound...

It's a close call between the two phones for me. Personally I believe qHD should be reserved for 4.3" screens. Individual pixels will be clearly visible at 4.7".

Good price for the phone though, so heat from me.

ILL BUY THIS PURELY BECAUSE ITS NOT A MOTO G!!!!!!!!!
