HTC HD2 delivers an experience your senses have been waiting for. The unprecedented 4.3-inch pixel-packed display is stunning. The worlds first capacitive touch technology on a Windows phone along with 1 GHz processing power ensure a smooth and lightning-fast response to the lightest touch of your finger.

Most importantly, it is our first Windows phone to embody HTC Sense - a holistic experience that focuses on making phones work in the most intuitive way. HTC Sense is based on three core principles - make it mine, stay close, and discover the unexpected.

HTC HD2¿s expansive display is like a canvas on which you create a phone that is just right for you. Customize the phone by prioritizing essential features like mail, calendar, messaging, browser and more. Next, with just a tap, put shortcuts to the most important people, favorite websites, or most used application right on the home screen. And if you feel like something is still missing, visit Windows Marketplace for Mobile, and install fun and useful applications.

Works out better to get it on a 2 year contract from T-mobile. £240 for phone + (24x£10) = £480 that will also give you 100 free min, 100 free texts and unlimited internet plus one free bolt on.

£434.95 less 2% quidco at Simply Electronics.

Or if you want a better contract and a smaller initial payment then get it from Virgin Mobile on an 18 month contract:

£90 for phone + (18 x £25) - £30 Quidco = £510 for 600 free mins, unlimited texts and unlimited internet. The phone is unlocked too.

i'd never buy a sim free phone these days, not worth it. like the post above says you can get loads of minutes, txts and internet included for the same price and you're not paying out £400+ in one go.

Where are these offers? Can only see 12 or 24 on Virgin mobile site.

Thanks.

I got one of these on 18 months Virgin contract, £80 for phone, £25 per month for 500 mins unlimited texts and internet (capped @ 1gig), first 2 months free if already a Virgin customer or £30 quidco = £400 total. Very pleased with the phone its great.

+ 3 months free insurance and free calls from virgin to virgin

i think they've pulled that offer - i am disappointed.

I have one of these, supplied by work, and its awful.... slow, clunky dreadful bit of kit. Prefer my iphone any day.

Why are people incapable of comparing like-for-like. This isn't a contract phone. It's a sim-free phone; compare it to those.

If somebody wants a sim-free HD2 then this is a good price. You might think it works out better value overall (taking into account minutes/sms/installments) to buy on a 12, 18, or 24 month contract, but some people might not want that. Especially if the phone is branded and/or network locked in the process.

Don't compare apples with oranges and vote cold.

Hot.

Oh yeah, and the fact you prefer your iPhone is irrelevant.
