This is the best price I could find for this beautiful phone. While the Vodafone coverage may not be the best, the price and the allowances seem very reasonable.

£50.50 TCB as well

good price for a high end phone

1 gig haters will poor ice on the deal probably

I vote it hot, but I got this phone for £25 a month unlimited minutes, text and 8gb of data with Vodafone. Simply waited till my contracted ended asked for my code to move and they phoned me back and haggled with them for red deal (£52) with 50% off.

What's not to hate about 1gb though? I can't wait till I upgrade my M7 to the M8, but these are devices that scream out for Internet useage. Texts and even calls are losing out to net-based communication.

That's me COLD!

Voted hot

My wife is more keen on the HTC one mini 2 and waiting for prices to go down.......this deal might be promising for her

On another note, the name for the new mini is kinda lame

Pretty good price, although as mentioned above, 1 gig isn't really enough. I've had my M8 two months now (excellent phone), and have averaged between 1.5 and 2 gigs of data a month. That's without hammering it as well. I watch the occasional video clip, but don't generally stream music or videos.

Unless you have frequent access to wifi, I'd pay a little more and get more data, especially as the bunch of cowboys that are Vodafone charge you extra if you go over the data limit...

TCB is saying £52.50 cashback too

Great phone, great price, HOT!

Hot I was going to order it for £28! Glad I didn't

£50 cashback from TCB too? Seems pretty decent to me...

1gb? Chk email every OTHER day then ! :-)

Hot!...If 1GB is all you need.

I had to haggle with EE over my upgrade and ended up with unlimited texts and calls & 10GB on 4G extra for £30.39 and free handset. What really narks me though is the fact I had to go through to retentions to cancellations and compare voda and o2 offers all before they finally said yes. It's such a hard fight and luck of the drawer whether you get a good deal...and the sales/customer service is painful every time.

Personally i think it's pointless having a phone like this with only 1gb of data to be honest, however i'm not going to vote either way.

My contract is up for renewal with EE. First they said 39.99. Then they said they would match the deal for £28 unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 1GB data. They wouldn't budge on going lower. So I asked for my PAC code and gave my notice

£30.39 for free handset, unlimited calls, unlimited texts, and 10gb of 4g...I don't think you can really complain that you had to haggle for that.

Fantastic phone best one out in my opinion at the moment

I've got the same phone on Voda with unlimited texts & mins, 3Gb of 4g (£34 p/m - £140 up front but I traded in an old BB so it only cost me £40 up front), I can only get through about 1Gb of my allowance as I've got wifi at home (obv.) and work.
An absolutely cracking phone.
Go for it, you won't regret it
Have some heat

Good deal. I'm waiting the new phones Q1/Q2 now though, new processors... most top ends will probably have sapphire display too. I'll stick in a virgin sim and pay £7 a month until then.

Does anyone know how to turn the no signal alert off this phone???? every time I loose signal it uses my text message noise to tell me I have no signal

That's rubbish, so hit and miss! Who did you go with instead?

Had to cancel my Pay Monthly sim with 3 mobile as the coverage in my area was awful despite them claiming otherwise. Saw this deal this morning and decided to plump for it Got the Unltd mins texts and 2GB data version of this deal for 33p/m. Happy chappy!

any opinions on whether to go for this, or hold out for a price drop on the g3?

Does anybody actually survive on 1gb? I tried survive on 4gb with EE. Didn't happen. I don't know what I will do once my contract with three ends

Slightly off topic but has anyone noticed how rubbish HTC Sense is nowadays? Coming from Sense 3.6/4.0 it had about 100 gorgeous interactive widgets (weather, clocks, stocks, news, maps, notebooks etc.) the only ones you get with 5/6 (unless I'm missing something) is a basic weather and clock one and a few others.

I recommended someone get a new HTC because of Sense but feel a bit guilty now as it's rubbish.

You seem to be the only one that is like that as all the reviewers that have used it say it's the best and useful android skin on the market.

I'm tempted to get this deal. I gave my notice and asked for PAC code two days ago. I've been with EE for 6 years.

What is everyone doing to go over 1GB? Camping where there is no WIFI? Or streaming in the car? Everywhere i go has WiFi i hardly use any of my data

They mustn't have used the previous versions then (the widgets, not the buttons):

Indeed the old ones look very outdated in my opinions and others as well but you can keep your tastes

cold due to stupid data allowance!

I'd want an 18 month contract to make me go for it

Has anyone tried to get Vodaphone to match directly? Would like to do via the vodafone employee advantage scheme to get 20% off...

Nice contract for the best phone out there.. Hot!

Im due an upgrade this month, I am on 25% discount, and have just been offered U/L U/L and 1GB for £28.52 a month, I am sure there is more if I pushed, but can't be bothered on a sunny day today ;o)

Very tempted with this good find, thanks op. Not had an htc since the desire.

Cold 1gb is nothing.

So how much data is enough data?

good deal
I used 284mb last month, WiFi is everywhere I go so data allowance is not important
