HTC One on the 3 network, free phone, 500 mins, 5000 texts, unlimited data (no tethering though) for £29.00 per month for 24 months from affordablemobiles.co.uk. Not the cheapest deal & some people are not keen on 3 but decent monthly charge for good tariff with no need for redemption/cashback to get this price. Possible £40.40 cashback from TCB or £40.00 from Quidco which would bring the total contract price down slightly to £656.00 (£27.33 per month)
Hope this is of use to someone

I was a happy customer for 9 years, but you wouldn't believe how I was treated during the past year. And I held 5 different contracts running concurrently during most of that time. Believe me, they are not the company they used to be.

3 aren't a bad supplier so long as you understand that they have No 2g network. Meaning if you don't have a good 3 signal in your area you may have no signal at all.
With other providers you usually drop down to either an edge connection or even slower a g (gprs) connection which while terrible for data will allow you to still call and text.
I've been on 3 for 8 months now and they seem to have a good strong signal all over my area and what's more my 3 connection obliterates my colleagues data connections for speed on other networks. I'm regularly getting broadband download speeds of 3mb/sec
I'd say do what I did and get a payg 3 simply to check coverage where you are. If coverage is good they are a good network.

Also I can't comment on customer relations issues as I've not been with them very long and have had no issues as yet.

i called 3 to see if they had any good retention deals, they offered me the samé deal on the s4 as on their website, so i had my pac number, so im still looking for a good deal

I found the network great here in N.Ireland, but when I came to cancel my contract they were a nightmare. It would need to be a really good deal to make me go back.
