As a htc hero owner can recommend these phones tho not htc lol (updates come along slooooooowly)
Seems good for the price thanks for posting !

Dont buy this phone. It is the biggest pile of **** you could get.

Its got one of the most complicated menus, not to mention it uses internet without you noticing (unless you check online).

I'd avoid unless you've had a HTC and Unlimited Internet bolt on.

Note that this is very much an entry-level phone and that it uses Brew, not Android.

Bought OH one on day of release and got it for £99.99 with no extra to pay. Was exisitng O2 customer, though I do know if you have any o2 sim card and take that in with you they will type in that mobile number when ordering so you dont have to pay, phones 4 u do exactly the same so no need to buy the top up allowance

A lot of smart phones do this, especially HTC, because most of their apps use location based settings to give you the best experience. But as with any network they all do bolt ons as such for unlimited data allowance. So the conneciton to the net shouldnt be a problem

BUT YOU KNOW YOU CAN TURN THE LOCATION BASED SETTINGS OFF AND ONLY CONNECT TO NET WHEN YOU SPECIFY.

Try reading instructions. And it uses HTC Sense menu system which is almost on same par as rest of them it aint complicated, not if my 9YO can work it out.

Will send him round he can teach you how to use it.

Get yourself a Nokia 3310 instead if menu are too complicated.
