Wait for black Friday, HTC (direct) usually have quite a good sale.

It's a fantastic phone, it would sell in huge numbers if the market wasn't flooded with iPhone and S8 'fanbois', can't recommend it highly enough.

But that's almost 2 months away, and I can't see it being much, if any cheaper than this.

Life's short.

Don't bother with the U11. Why pay the money for a flagship phone when you're losing features compared to its closest rivals (wireless charging, edge to edge display, headphone jack etc)

Big fan of HTC hot from me.

It out performs the market leading S8, has better sound, a better camera and better battery life.

And the fingerprint sensor is in the right place (although admittedly it has to have bigger bezels than an S8 in order for this to happen, so a bit of a trade off there).

Wireless charging and 3.5mm socket, meh.

I was tempted (and there seems to be more stock in my local stores than there has been for the last couple of weeks). However I'm torn between this and going for the 128gb 6g ram version direct from HTC (via their Club) for an extra £50 (it's £584.10 inc VAT). There appear to various cheaper options via ebay and places like e-global central and Wonda mobile etc but I'm not convinced by those places even after reading reviews. At least with CPW or HTC you know it's a genuine product. Heat added.

It will let me add to the basket (and I'm going to it from the UK website). I haven't checked out as I really wanted the white one which isn't on there.

Now £499 for the 64GB at CPW.
