Note 9 has lots of features , this one does not have . Maybe better CPU in Mate 20 . But rest else is better in Note 9 . Most important , the screen is better.

I cancelled mine. Called the 0800 number but they were unable to cancel open orders so I was given this number to call 01509615492. They sorted nice and quickly before the order was processed so no credit check was done. Hope that helps

Believe this is Single Sim - Only reseller of Dual Sim is 3.
Tried calling MPD but never ending hold
Vodafone confirmed via Live-Chat that they only sell Single Sim model
Cracking deal for phone and may be able to flash via Funky Huawei to dual sim

Yes. I selected Sky Sports... when I called up to provide my PAC code I also confirmed the entertainment choice, link and code sent through via text, all set up.

Finally getting mine delivered today.

Do not cancel it. I have done it then both orders via AFM & MPD are cancelled referring security or credit check.

Did anyone who ordered this phone actually get it?? I ordered and receieved an email saying that i had failed the credit check even though my credit history is good. I called vodafone as i already have a line with them and they said that there is no reason why i couldnt open a new contract
This has happened to lots of people and its because they can't cope with the amount of orders and have run out of stock

Update: i called them yesterday and they hung up after 1 hour on the phone. Called again today and finally got though. Guy on the phone very nice and said he will re process my order and i just checked order status and it says this:


"Thank you so much for choosing to buy one of our Black Friday offers. We really do appreciate it.

We have received your request to re-process your Vodafone application. Please accept our apologies once again for your order having originally being rejected in error.

The huge volume of orders we have received has presented us with an unprecedented challenge in order processing, which has meant that the same-day turnaround, next-day delivery service that we pride ourselves on is not currently possible as we work through the backlog of orders."
