Only because Google are blacklisting them, so it doesn't mean they won't work but google probably working on some software detection stuff to stop it working..

Don’t you think it’s more for security some of the apps want far too much information on android like Wi-Fi speed app why would it need access to you contacts and phone call register?

if everyone saying there security issues with huawei like America google why would you still buy their products....

Great phone shame about the issues with google. I would be all over this if it had an unlocked bootloader since i'm not a fan of emui

They might stop working at any point and depending on how security standards change - you find that stuff that involves streaming media either stops working or does not work well.

I have done it. Also I cut out all my social media. Suddenly I have plenty spare time.
I have a Huawei mate p30 5G , fantastic phone,i bought without google apps. Install google play was 5 mimutes after i check youtube diy videos.
