The tablet is definitely not worth £130.

But you can get £31 at CEX, so a quick and easy trade in takes the laptop back down to £620. And £620 is still a good price for the spec.

Edit: just realised the cash trade in is £31. Better off selling on ebay.

Surprised Huawei isn't banned in the UK yet, canada arrested their CEO as they sold goods to a banned country.

No of course not but in term of reselling on eBay band goes for about £40 and tablet about £80 new.

Depends what you mean by spec - as I’ve said on previous threads this machine is double the price of some Ryzen 5 3500U, 8gb, 255gb SSD machines.

I appreciate this has some increased other specs over those more budget models but to me it’s a lot to pay for something that at the basic level of performance is the same.

This laptop clearly isn’t about the internal specs it’s the external that matters.

Sure like I say up to you to decide on paying £200-300 extra vs the actual value of the core internal specs.

Size, weight, screen, touchpad, keyboard, cooling, customer service etc all make a huge difference in day to day usage. The internal spec is just one element.

Yup you’re absolutely right. I think I covered that in my original point when I said “I appreciate this has some increased other specs over those more budget models but to me it’s a lot to pay for something that at the basic level of performance is the same”. I don’t need what those components are explained to me - perhaps for others stating WHAT they are rather than just naming parts of a laptop would be helpful?

Type 3500u into the search, assuming you mean specs.

No idea tbh pretty much exact same deal as the £599.99 one that got 1000 votes when you factor in different between value of pro band and tablet
