It's in iPad territory at this price, and whilst I prefer Android phones, tablets are no match for iPad
i have this tablet and it is absolutely amazing! build quality and performance is excellent. Also the fact it has some pretty neat software features
how does this compare to samsung tab s first gen?
Is this worth £80 more than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 3?

Genuinely curious, why do you prefer the ipad?

I have an iPad air 2 from work and an ailing asus android tablet and I mostly use the asus, even though it crashes a fair bit. My ideal pad would be an android with the stability of the iPad. Or is it this element of stability that you prefer?

I am also aware that I've used android devices for years so may be missing all the good stuff on the iPad!

Pretty much everything really.

The stability as you say, but also performance, the regular OS updates, build quality, battery life, app availability, sound quality.

As I said in my last post I always use Android phones - just got an HTC U11 and in my opinion it's epic, and I personally find iPhones to be bordering on horrible. I love all of the other Apple stuff though, I have an iPad Pro, 4 various Macs, and I've even invested in some Airpods!

I think that having the ecosystem is a big part of it.

Probably the 2 things I'm looking for in an android tab from that list is the build quality and battery life, both things I've felt a little lacking in the android tabs I've had in the past (admittedly I paid £100 for each of them...)

Thanks!

I brought this tablet yesterday I have to say battery life is good used it for 3 to 4 hours watching movies and still has around 80% battery life left I.would say charging time is 2 to 3 hours. Screen quality is good for this price point I think it's good value.

It does but I'd have gone for this, much cheaper. I have this case in mine and fits well.
