Hey vassy. Just adding it is also a tad cheaper at AO (just an alternative option in case they run out, etc.)
ao.com/pro…spx

Edit: Scrap that, saw Tesco has reduced the 16GB* to £159 too. Tried the £20 off and it comes up to £139 but they only have white by the look of it.

Tiptop spot!

The full blown version of the M3 range has a massive FHD+ resolution and the features of this one for £150 less are not far behind!

That's the 16GB version though. 10" version for £192 with code, good deal that.

Apologise, yes I missed. The Tesco one is 16gb as you mentioned but the AO is 32gb.

A new one is going to be announced shortly, probs why the discount
Looks good, I recently got the Lenovo Tab4 8" Plus with 16GB for £160 so this looks better value. For info the Lenovo is a really decent performer, limited preinstalled crap, good FHD+ screen with decent build and I'd recommend it although the increased memory on this Huawei looks very good.

Heat! Typing this on the 8.4" non-lite M3, really impressed with Huawei....if the lite version is as good as mine, its a cracking deal.

Went for the 10" version, figured it was worth the extra £40. Thanks.
Was going to order but according to a review it has slow WiFi, maxes out at 45 Mbits.
Thanks for this

Hi, can you link me to that review?
How would this compare to the Shield K1? Much of an upgrade?

Ideal, many thanks. Ordered from Tesco, and with code, staff discount and vouchers bagged one for £112. Happy with that!

I reckon this would be a downgrade from a shield k1, I have a Nexus 9 with the same nvidia tegra chip as the k1 and they're still up there with the best and fastest tablets around. If someone has any thoughts on an Android tablet that would beat the k1 I'm all ears.

I love my shield. But battery has definitely got worse and seems to have slowed down lately. Maybe I just need to wipe its and update.
Just picked up a nexus 9 for the lad, glad i did....

Received mine today, and can confirm that the Tesco version has 32GB and not 16GB as stated on webpage. So far, it seems a cracking tablet for the money! :-)

Oh well, nice catch then. Congrats.
How do I get the £20 off in tescos?
Nice, but as I understand it this does not play Netflix in HD?

How does the 10" one compare to the ASUS Z500M ZenPad 3S here? Both are just under £200.

Check which software version you are on there is a known problem with version 5.3 killing battery life an slowing tablet. I had this problem and reverted back to 5.2 (not easy) all back to normal. There is a 5.4 update due (delayed from end Jan) which might fix the problem.

Apparently the Z500M has the same issue with playing HD content on Netflix. However, it does work on Google chrome (or some other browser, somebody mentioned on the post for the Z500M).

That aside, the Z500M is 10" this is the 8" version.
