In the market for a new tablet and phone. Would like to get opinions on this one. It's £99 with the clicky coupon thing, sold direct from Amazon.

Have you read the customer reviews - surely they will be better placed to give you an idea of what the product is like.

I do read them. However, I don't entirely trust Amazon reviews. Also there are some fairly knowledgeable folk on HUKD and I'd rather hear from them over

I've got one. Good tablet for the price - which means you need to set your expectations at a £100-£150 device level. My main issues are the low res screen which means a bit more scrolling to see stuff and that it's doesn't charge at the rate it discharges when you're using it. So you can't have it plugged in and use it forever - at some point you'll need to leave it to catch up charging.

It has served me well, though, because I couldn't justify an expensive tablet when I've got a good phone, laptop, PC, smart TV etc.

Santa was thinking of this for my wee lad, but don't think it would be able to handle fortnite, as think that needs 3gb ram

Got one of these for my son a month ago, and for the price it is excellent.
It can be had cheaper though - we paid £76 (£85 for an as-new/open box listing minus the 10% ebay voucher that was applicable at the time)
Is this the best Android tablet available for this price? I would be prepared to spend double for even better. Need one for a present.

Similar price structure (but 3GB RAM - which is never a bad thing, in anyone's book ... )

See what you also think?.
