I finally worked out how to stop my huawei to stop murdering everything with their battery management.
1) Phone Settings>Apps>Settings>Special Access>Ignore battery optimisations and choose the apps you want
2) Change the app launch settings to manual

This has resolved my issues

Hi MrSwitch,

Love your work.
Was aiming for around this price for my 10yo daughter (tiktok, youtube, gaming). How does this compare to the chinese snapdragon 6xx phones?

Cheers
Just purchased for my nephew for £99...cheers OP 😁

It compares well, but if you can get an Snapdragon 6## I'd get one of those personally.
Family member has this phone. Great phone for this price.

why you dont want xiaomi mi max 3 ..it comes sometimes approx 105-115 price with some ebay or aliexpress offers and beats both of this ..
Just worth mentioning that this offer is for 64gb not 128. That is why the price difference. 😁

Ordered the g7 power for 89.99 carphone warehouse trick cancel the o2 contract etc so cant see anything going cheaper than that for the spec
Good budget phone, my only gripe is the screen does not go very bright. Apart from that I thought it was great for £99
£30 with topcashback...anybody had Giffgaff cashback ever track?

It was at the start of this year, I think? £69. And I agree on the ruthless app annihilation. It's the only way I can fault the phone, and they've updated the firmware at least twice without addressing it.

Tried all that months ago - it doesn't work, and especially not where it would be most useful (Chrome).
Thought it was a drunken gopnik on the phone screen from looking at the miniature picture before clicking on the deal

This phone or Samsung a20e?
why not working cashback tsb on this?
Good for £69 which I got this phone for.
Visionspinner15/11/2019 19:51

This phone or Samsung a20e?

My take of the specs is that P Smart has much better screen (415 v 296 ppi), twice the storage space, better battery, better camera.

The P Smart is a bigger phone (6.2in v 5.8in), so A20e better for small hands.
Bought this for family member. Do you have to activate the SIM before you cancel the goody bag thing?
