Not a significant saving over other retailers, but currently the cheapest for this specific handset.
Will Probably go cold because its not a massive saving, but maybe someone is about to buy this from argos for £349.99, and then they see this, I've saved them nearly £15, and consider that job done!
Great phones these, brilliant reviews for speed, build quality and that leica camera.

Just as a footnote the huawei p9 plus has been reduced to £299 @ amazon here amazon.co.uk/gp/…rch

I'm on the lookout for a phone. I've got a galaxy note 4. Would this be an upgrade specifications wise
Good price, P20 released at the end of the month so might start to get cheaper

Yes I would say so, the note 4 is now 4 years old, I can imagine it is now getting a bit slow.

This has a quicker processor.
More standard storage 64gb.
Camera will be just as good.
More recent android version.
Better battery life

P10 however has a slightly smaller screen.
Note 4 has a better screen.

If you are wanting a bigger screen, then go for the P10 plus option.

A decent camera is important.

Yes.
It's on a par with galaxy s8.
I should have bought it with 20%discount from very but oos now
May take a pop at the Plus presuming it goes under 400 immediately after the P20 launch.
Cracking phone!!
I'd go for the Nokia 8 at this price. Near identical specs, but you get timely OS updates, and a stock Android experience rather than Huawei's attempt at an iOS knock off.

You also don't have to deal with Huawei's abhorrent customer support if anything goes wrong.
Huawei have some great custom SOCs. The Kirin 960 in this phone is still decent.

Cold as not an iPhone 4S.
Get a Xiaomi.
Fyi the Huawei P10 specs:

5.1 inch 1080x1920 display
Leica dual camera (20+12MP)
4gb ram & 64gb storage
Kirin 960 processor
3200mah battery
USB-C & fingerprint reader
Great price. If only they'd release something with wireless charging, its the only reason I've kept my annoying s8.
I've got a P10 Lite and I know the hardware is different from this but I miss my Nexus 5 which is what I changed from.

Doesn't wake with 'OK Google", really hate the phone dialer and won't allow me to install the Google one. Has a volume issues on loudspeaker calls, which seems to be a Huawei problem. The loudspeaker issue I've found dangerous as can't rely on the phone when in the car.

Other issues I can't remember..

Why's the S8 annoying? 🤔
The camera on this puts all others to shame. Finger print sensor is instant. It's speedy, plenty of memory and expandable. Been using one for almost a year now and never had a glitch once. Amazing phone.

and won't work with Android Auto due to a compatibility issue
It would seem as with all phones people are having different experiences.... Who knew?

Have to agree.I just sold my P10 Plus. Not had a single OS security update since launch.I got it sim free from CPW.Bluetooth music streaming very choppy, almost unuseable.Oreo delayed again.

You should have gone for the 6P, it's what I moved on to after my Nexus 5 and it's even better!

Still going strong after two years - battery fades quite quickly at the 30% mark now, but it's still the best phone I've ever had.

I had the 6p, it is/was a brilliant phone. But like you say, it started getting very annoying by the end of me owning it.
Battery issues, very slow, and the back panel was cracked, happened very easy, so it put me off owning another.
That's one of the reasons I avoid the pixels.

The Pixel is not made by Huawei though.

I was referring to the glass panel on the rear of the handset. I know they are 'made' by LG and HTC

^ couldn't agree more. Wouldn't bother with another weewee phone ever again. P9 looked brilliant on paper but ruined by the awful software and lack of updates and nonexistent support.

Yes.It's on a par with galaxy s8.

Wow, i wouldn't say on pair, it's closer to S7, and still not as good. Don't take me wrong, I belive it's a great phone for that price but not as good a top spec competitiors. stuff.tv/fea…est

Finger print scanner is crap, tiny, slow to respond (compared to the honor 8/9) and in a stupid place. Its a perfect fit for my 6 year old's fingers but I have adult hands.

The curved screen is annoying so you can't use it one handed without palm of my hand accidently touching the screen.

I'm right handed and the volume controls are on the left, so can't use my thumb. Its also in a wallet style case as I have a habit of smashing phones so again have to use my left hand to change volume.

The dedicated bixby button - which is crap anyway - can't be changed (other than an unofficial hack style app). I loved my honor 8 as the finger print scanner doubled up as a button.

There are others, but those are the main ones.

I used it for a couple of days before selling it, the biggest most annoying thing about it was the fingerprint sensor. I know there's been a lot said about it being in the wrong place, but it was for me, and a definite deal breaker, I just didn't like it, touchwiz just gets in the way, don't get me wrong, it was a beautiful phone, but it had too many flaws to warrant me to keep it.
How is the upgrade policy nowadays? I seem to recall that Huawei only does one upgrade, and then drops the support. Are the security updates at least up to date?

Not a single update on my P10 plus, perhaps others had better luck.

I was in the same boat until recently and looked into it, download the app Firmware Finder and the upgrade to EMUI 8.0 (Oreo) is available. Use the in-app proxy method
This so fast.....
Another thing I dislike about my P10 Lite (guess thing is the same) is how the volume and power buttons are on the same side just above on another. Very very easy to press the wrong one.
might be good inside, but on the outside it looks like 2016 phone. In 2019 it is going to look extremelly dated.
