Does this actually work 100% of the time??
Forgot to add these are like new device virtually new
I think you need to state '02 Refresh' in the title not just the description - it's crucial!

Yes when u pay for the device in full ,your contract becomes monthly role over.if one customer service dont cancel .call again later
Credit where credit's due.....
OP, you really need to add more details to your deal.

NO Charger included.
"Like New devices are not brand new, but they’re not far off. The only difference is that they may have some wear and tear and superficial scratches, but there will be no more than five deep scratches or chips up to 2mm in length. We’ll make sure every device is loaded up with the latest operating system and rigorously tested before being re-packaged in an O2 box for whoever gets in first. Plus you’ll get a 12 month warranty to put your mind at ease."

You still get a genuine huawei supercharge cable, but you don't get a plug

I thought that was going to be the usual credit check comment, it won't be long
How do you do this and pay no more than £209

Back in the days you had to phone them up. Not sure if it still is the case.
matthew188815/02/2020 21:19

No
Their terms and conditions used to state you must pay 1 month (if paying for phone in advance).
I had some bad experience some years ago and decided not to touch them again.
Some people get lucky and just pay the phone cost others have to pay 1 month contract too but no issues other than that.
It can all sail smoothly but if it goes wrong you could end up getting some bad credit ratings and having to fight it out to get it removed.

I thought O2 stopped including chargers with all their phones a few years ago?

No need to. Getting plenty of heat as it is. Crazy

With deals that involve some leg work and loop holes, always better to be descriptive or expect a barrage of questions asking What where and why.
I wish o2 were more transparent with their pricing. How come, if you pay for your phone in full, the contract price of the airtime varies by phone. This isn't right - it's a rip-off. If I buy a P30 and pay for the phone in full the monthly price for 6gb is £19. Do it with the P30 pro and the prices are different. Surely if you take the phone cost out of the equation they should be identical. I feel a complaint to ofcom coming on....

o2.co.uk/sho…hly

on the main page click - SEE OUR PLANS
then on the next page scroll down and click - SEE OUR PLANS

Then scroll down again & Click the 1gb payment plan ,fill in the following pages and pay for the phone.
Then call up O2 a few days later (within 14 days ) to cancel the monthly contract. If you get a burk who tries to argue or makes excuses with you call again.

Literally! Your credit is due a check and a possible kick in the nether region too
Great deal. If I wasn’t building credit score to get myself an Amex platinum card then I would have taken a few.

But if anyone is looking to make a quick pound and have one of these then shoot me a message
Bought my p20 pro from 02 refresh, never again would I use them as its too much hassle
Dude your stealing Switchy's deals!

I bought the Samsung galaxy S9 on the refresh deal. It was pretty straightforward for me... called up and transferred my number to a PAYG sim. They did charge me for the whole month.. I called up and they then refunded me

Their idea of being "not far off' scares me! "Not more than 5 deep scratches or chips up to 2mm in length" who the hell can class that as like new? Imagine getting a phone which sits within that description! My phone is 18 months old and has 1 small scratch in top corner and it's gutting...

I got the same deal but they didn't charge me as I didn't activate the sim.
