Crazy deal from mpd, the a3 pixel deal posted earlier has gone cold. The Nokia 7.2 works out at £3.30 after cashback. I despair at the lack of intelligence on this site, regular posters can post crap deals that go scorching yet when crazy deals like this come along they vote cold.

"24 month contracts is claimed during billing months 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 from the date of connection"

Since you will receive your first bill this month, you will claim your first cashback on your 6th bill. Which will be the April one. It will be paid in 5 installments and you have to make sure to claim within 60 days of the date of the bill numbers mentioned above.

Hope that helps
Merry Christmas all . A very happy boy here this morning and see you all in 5 months when we start posting about the cashback.

Yeah I mean I get some people don't like cashback deals and that's fair but I wouldn't just drive by vote cold on it.
This is actually madness when you think. They're pretty much paying you to have the phone

As long as you stick to the claims.
I suspect many remember the cashback issues when phones4u went bust. However, last year I got an S9 with 100GB for £16 a month from mobilephonesdirect and all cashback has been paid out so far. Hot from me.

Yes my partner has a P20 Pro for I think £21 a month 100GB data with Vodafone from last year and cashbacks have been fine.
You get O2 priority too so I expect the value of the freebies would actually outweigh the monthly cost. Sell the phone to CEX and ( as long as all the chasbck claims track ) they would be paying you to have this contract.

Ah yes, forgot about that too. Think you've just sold it to me
Wowzer! This seems too good to be true!!! Has anyone dealt with this site before? Are they good on their word?

They are AO.com, so unless anyone thinks AO are dodgy it's all good. Unlike others the cashback claim process is easy and all online.
This deal is so underrated. Hot hot hot !
Thanks OP. Ordered.
Was on the fence to buy a flag ship phone but with so many choices coils not make up my mind. So this is an intermediate phone. Also I can test the Huawei UI.

Claiming cashback has never been a problem for me.
Is it a dual-sim phone ?
I have used cashback from e2save no issue in fact they are carphone wharehouse not used this one any more feedback.. I don’t need a phone anyway was going for sim only.. this seems tempting

90GB for £19.25 after cashback. So far everything is OK.
If you are looking for a cheap SIM only deal or just want O2 priority deals then this is a bargain. It takes a little bit of effort once every 3 months, but IF all the cashback tracks and you sell the phone to cex (£100) then they are basically paying you 60p a month! ((3.50x24) - 100)
I'm currently on a cashback deal with mobile phones direct and have had no issues with them at all, upload a PDF version of your bill and they send you an email straight away saying they have it and then another one the next day saying if you did it correctly. Then they pay the amount within 14 working days.
* Plus possibly £40+ cashback from Quidco/Topcashback*

You pay the increased bill price each month. Then every 3/6 months depending you send them a copy of your latest bill and they send you a cheque or do a bank transfer for the amount you are due back. Normally takes a couple of weeks to process.

Great. Many thx
Thanks op
ive just ordered this for my 10 yo for Christmas
Just remember that when o2 apply the annual RPI based price increase it will be only the monthly price before cashback. Good deal though
etrack15/11/2019 20:42

Is it a dual-sim phone ?

I received mine yesterday. It's a single sim model.
Received mine today. Having had the phone for few hours, I am impressed. Super value for money.
Don't think how the flagship phones can in future sustain such high price tags!
Thanks OP, this is amazing, me and my dad both ordered.
Ordered thanks op
Has anyone got waiting for network approval?

Yep, my wife. Then got asked for further info (proof of ID etc) which has never happened before!

They just rejected a friends order after he sent them the proof of ID and proof of address they asked for. No reason given for “security”.

Seems really odd. Just checked both order status and mine is on order being verified and my dads is still waiting for network decision. Seems strange they they reject for no reason.
One got cancelled

I can't say I'm surprised, judging by my experience.

I suspect they have anti-fraud mechanisms which are too sensitive. Or maybe it's O2.

They might also just not have enough to go round and they are trying to avoid a repeat of last years Black Friday spectacle.

Either way, they have lost some legitimate sales from my parents and some friends.
Mines has changed to awaiting arrival of handset.
I ordered note 10 refurb voda on 15th , it was an upgrade and still stuck on network credit check. They asked latest bill which will upgrade but nothing heard after that

Chased few times and all they say to wait.

I ordered yesterday. One in my name and the other in my dads name.
Ordered on Saturday, received today. There are no instructions or anything regarding the cashback process. How do you claim the cashback? Thanks in advance

Make sure to claim within 60 days of the bill date they mention there and you will receive your cashback.
I got Note 9 on Vodafone from them last year.
Already claimed 2 cashback. They were paid a few days after I submitted the bill.
I was a little nervous at first, but as long as you claim on time, it will run smoothly.
