The redemption could go wrong; Cashback might not track or pay out; no mention if Huawei cashback is auto or needs to be applied for.I mean the poster above forgot to go via TCB despite it being clearly stated!!! Kind of proves my argument!Lots of risky, burning hoops to jump through to get it down from £816 to £275

I would agree that the Topcashback element is not guaranteed however the MPD cashback and the Huawei cashback is fine. You can check the terms out if you wish. I did when I purchased the P30 Pro regarding the free watch and MPD is indeed an approved seller for the promotion by Huawei.

The only way it will go wrong is if you dont follow the terms and laid out instructions for claiming the cashbacks, which is on you.

I understand what you are saying but despite an original posters best intentions, you are responsible for making sure you understand what you are buying and a small amount of research will confirm that the 2 main cashback sources are legitimate and part of the deal. The topcashback is pure luck and I don't think will pay out but is always worth doing. £44.10 is not a deal breaker in my opinion but thats subjective to an individual and their needs.

I must say this is an amazing price. I pulled the trigger on the P30 Pro and it is a brilliant phone so I can see P30 being as good also.

Crazy price after all the cash back. MPD being a subsidiary of AO (AO Mobiles) means you get top notch service there also.
I've edited the info, for how long I don't know lol
Good find @BobIzYaUncle

Heated.

The claims process from Huawei ain't too bad either. I claimed the watch recently for the P30 Pro deal, you just have to wait for 14 days of owning the phone (Returns period) to start the claim. The £100 should pay fairly quickly.

For those concerned, you could then set a standing order up so the £100 is split up over 6 months (This is the first month for the MPD cash back). That would lower the costly £34 to a nicer circa £18 per month and once the cash back from MPD comes, again you can balance it out if you wish to keep the costs down to a minimum.

With effort, these deals are great. A little bit of work is required, but the rewards gained are worth it IMO. A nice shiny new Huawei and 45GB of data for 2 years for £11-13 a month is outright crazy.
Took a punt. Forgot the topcashback

How it's work?

1) Click through TCB for MPD and go to the Huawei P30 Pro.
2) Fill out details, you will be subject to a potential credit check as you are opting for a contract.
3) If approved the phone normally arrives next day if ordered before the cut off time.
4) Huawei cashback, you use the links provided within MPD and follow the terms for redemption, you have to own the phone 14 days so you cannot return it and claim etc.
5) You will be provided with instuctions on how to claim cashback from MPD, this is claimed in installments at months 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18.

So you pay £34.00 a month initally. You will get the cashback if you do it correct. Good luck. P.S: In my opinion TCB is not guaranteed so don't bank on that one but worth a shot.

I belive once you have missed one the deal is off and you cannot claim anything. That's why it's important to set reminders, and make sure you get the 1st one right.

I don't think that's the case, at least not with another company, mobiles.co.uk. I had a sim only deal with 5 cashback installments over a 12 month contract, and I forgot to claim the first installment, but then successfully claimed the other 4 fine.
I have got the phone a few hours ago, fast and shiny, very happy with the purchase. By the way I went for three SIM with 100gb data, 29 per month. Better deal for me.
