This is the better deal, you get he phone for £456.50.
Remember to ask for the 60GB and ask for a handset waiver and they will deduct £100 off the phone bringing the total down to £456.50
Is this dual sim or single sim? Can't seem to find anything on the o2 website
I'd probably add possible £456 on the title, if allowed?

I may be wrong, but I thought it was only the Three variant that was dual sim.
Got this deal last week paid 456.50. Phone comes unlocked and is a brilliant handset replaced a note 8 and is superior in every way. Heat added

It's a belting price for this phone. So frustrating i wasn't allowed to have the actual price in the title. Could save people some serious cash
How do you select the 60GB plan? It only gives me the option for 40GB or 100GB, not that it matters if I phone up to cancel the next day anyway though

Have to go in store to get it. You are best off ringing up your store before you go down to check they have stock and they are still doing the £100 waiver. You could try over the phone or online chat but I believed they stopped the £100 waiver.
Thanks razmurphy
I can confirm that u can get up to £75 online and £100 in the store. Just ask nicely guys.

10. Important - your right to change your mind about the Services Agreement and Equipment

10.1 Unless we've said otherwise and if you purchased your Service directly from us (rather than one of our distributors), you can cancel this Service Agreement before the end of the 14 day Change-Your-Mind Period. This is in addition to any statutory or regulatory rights you may have. It applies as long as you give us notice within this period either by returning your SIM Card to any O2 shop or by calling customer services. Check our Website, ask in an O2 shop or call customer services for details of our Change-Your-Mind Period.

10.2 If you are cancelling under paragraph 10.1 you must return any Equipment that we supplied or sold you as part of this Agreement, undamaged, unlocked (i.e. free of security or software locks) with proof of purchase, in the original packaging and complete with all the original parts, within the Change-Your-Mind Period. You must return it through the channel you were sold it or through the methods described in our repair and returns policy. Check our Website, ask in an O2 shop or call customer services for details of our repair and returns processes. You'll be charged for Non-Returns.

10.3 Your Services may begin immediately if you already have a SIM Card or will begin when you receive a SIM Card. You can use the Service during the Change-Your-Mind Period, but you will have to pay for the cost of any Charges incurred (including a daily rate to cover your Monthly Subscription Charges for the appropriate number of days you have the Service, calls, texts or data, third party services as well as roaming or other usage that may take longer to be billed).

10.4 Subject to paragraphs 12 and 13 below, if you cancel this Service Agreement during your 14 day Change-Your-Mind Period, any Equipment Agreement that you agreed to at the same time for the supply of any Equipment will also be cancelled unless you choose to pay in full for your Equipment in line with the terms of a Device Plan. See paragraph 13 for further details on returning or replacing Equipment.

I took this offer a month or two ago and got stung for 1 month rental despite cancelling 1 day after getting my sim. They absolutely would not allow me to cancel. I called and spoke to 3 people. I quoted the consumer rights but it fell on deaf ears. I ended up paying the month. I'm still happy with the deal but it seems it is pot luck how helpful the person in Cs is

The contract is broken up into two parts, the handset and the airtime.

The airtime is a monthly rolling contract and has to be kept it you are still paying off the handset. If you pay off the handset you can cancel the airtime at anytime.

Yeh it depends on the person. But under the new offcom regulations the 30 day notice no longer exists
Just one thing to mention. This is the single sim model. Not a big deal for me but I know that some people prefer the dual sim!
Got this via chat a month ago for £446. Keep restarting the chat. This is the lowest I got
O2 are calling me back tomorrow evening, what do I ask them, specifically? Am I correct to think that as long as it's a Refresh deal and you pay for the device upfront in full, regardless of how much and how long they quote you for the airtime, you can cancel the day after and all is well? (sorry, not familiar with O2 Refresh)

You can cancel the airtime at any point once you have paid your device off in full.

If you still owe on your device then you have to keep the airplan.
ive called a few places and looked online and no one offeres the 60gb plan anymore is there a reason why we have to select 60gb or will it work on 30gb or 100gb?

Lower plans offer a lower discount (I think £40), but I can't see why they would honour the £100 on the higher plan (100GB)

My local store wouldn't budge on price - £556.50
Brilliant phone! Got mine over the weekend. I got lucky when I called o2 and managed £346.50. All went smoothly, paid it off today and cancelled the airtime.
