40142667-cgLt9.jpgNice one, heat added.

For people wondering, this DOES qualify for the cashback, my friend has received his cashback and I have had confirmation from livewire and Huawei for mine.
Is this dual SIM?

Thanks very much! Credit to you too! Looking forward to getting my hands on the phone!

Need to find a sim only deal now!

As I've already got a contract. All the steps look a bit scary but should be straightforward.

Shame, would have gone for this if dual sim.

^ Yes it will, I guarantee.
They haven't read the deal correctly. Livewire provide a livewire invoice (not an Amazon one) and also give you your IMEI.

You just received a reply from a poor customer service agent.
Both parties have accepted my phone qualifies, my friend received his from this seller and received his cashback.

Please stop posting your screenshot on every p30 deal from this seller, you received one incorrect reply against the hundreds that have confirmed YES

Thanks for clarifying Shane!
With a little bit of work I think the Redemption deals on this phone are fantastic value. Some people are paying up to £20 per month for sim only but you can buy this phone and a decent sim allowance for less. I guess we have all got lazy.
Does this phone have Google play on it?

Not sure, but thanks for the offer and I will buy it. I will get back to you for a "guarantee" £120 if cashback rejected as purchased from Market Place.

I look forward to you never messaging me then.

Process is simple
1) Buy it from Amazon where the item is being sold by Livewire.
2) Message Livewire and ask them for a invoice and IMEI in which you can send to Huawei.
3) Wait 14 days
4) Go through Huawei promotion page
5) Profit
6) Don't message me unless it's to say thank you
7) Enjoy phone

Thanks for the warning but, following shane.allen guarantee it works I will buy it and get the money from him Huawei does not pay, win win outcome either way
Is it too late to do this? It says purchases before the 26th March but you have to wait 14 days after purchase. So after that date will I still be able to get cashback?

I’ve emailed the vendor for clarification. I’m assuming any purchases before 26th will qualify.

I agree we are getting to a point where pay monthly are once again starting to make more financial sense than sim only just like it used to be a decade ago.

Clearly the market has swung towards sim only in recent times with technology advances from year to year slowing and many now deciding to hold on to their phones that little bit longer after contract ends.

So mobile phone companies are hitting back with some very attractive deals at the minute, you can get this for around £30 a month with no cashback (alot less via cashback / redemption route) 16gb of data, unlimited text and minutes. that's around £720 over the 2 years.

This deal if you get cashback is £410, add to that a similar sim only deal of between £12 and £15 per month and your looking at over £700 over 2 years and having to buy the phone up front rather than spread the cost. Even if paymonthly was £100 more over the term I still think its a sensible approach as you usually get perks and better networks like EE rather than one that's piggybacking like GiffGaff or Virgin.

Definitely, I will get the O2 deal that works out at £18 per month after cashbacks. If you would say £15 for the sim only contract, 90GB data roam around the world (more than EU) unl min and texts + other O2 benefits. This would make the phone £72!
Was gonna post a new deal, but seems fair to say here the aurora is currently down to £524. Sure it done this last week for a few minutes.amazon.co.uk/dp/…NEV

Yes, I've been approved for the £120 cashback. Smooth process, money is still to land in my account though. In the 14 April email they said 'up to 30 days'.

Who are we getting our money from again if Huawei don't pay up?
