only 16gb. moto g5 is £90 at o2

Which is also 16gb. And only in blue. And requires a £10 top-up. And won't be delivered for a month.

P8 Lite has slightly better specs almost across the board, biggest outright differences are inclusion of NFC and a non-stock Android interface I personally hated, but if you can live with that or don't care it's top dog for the price. Or more, tbh.

£10 back through Quidco, also.

10% if if you use Barclays debit card at Currys.
Activate the offer via online banking before purchase

Do not buy this, Warranty service is below par and apps can only be stored on the phones internal memory, system apps takes half of that so your left with 8gb for apps only provided you save images on sd cards etc. 8gb for apps is not much as I recently discovered. However, there is an alternative way to use an sd card as the phones internal memory but you cannot take it out at all and huawei don't recommend doing this.

great phone, I have had one for six months, frustrated cracked screen after a month and don't know how! for the price I think unbeatable (excluding chinese grey imports).

Good phone. My son has the 2015 version that has lasted 2 years, despite a swim in a hottub and several accidental drops. Heat added.

Huawei pet!

This is a great phone. I have it, long battery, excellent built quality, fast, etc

I got a xiaomi redmi 4x recently for my gf. 32gb and 3gb ram. Very fast phone. Very impressed. Actually considering ditching my long time HTC binge for one myself tbh.

Gotta love Chinese phones.

Think the Nokia 5 is better built for similar or less money

I looked at this today instore, it's very 'chintzy' in it's finish, think like the reflective finish of a glass crystal bauble off a christmas tree, put me right off but your taste may differ.

How do you get £10 through Quidco - I can't find anything that mentions £10 cashback (for Currys or carphone Warehouse)

How would you rate this against the Moto G5 that O2 are currently selling for £89.99?

paid £149 less than 2 weeks ago, any chance CPW customer service can refund me £20?

I sent back an LG Y600 and bought the G5 a couple of weeks ago.

I'm used to a galaxy S6/S7 experience, and honestly the G5 doesn't come out of that comparison looking bad at all.

It's a brilliant phone. Almost criminal at £90.
Get a Spigen case and screen protector and you're away. £100 all in. Bargain

Organised a return for my O2 G5. Been using it for almost 2 weeks and the flaws (against the G4) have shown.
The loud speaker is terrible for both calls and media playback. The volume doesn't go very high and the audio is like permanently set to maximum treble.
Call quality in general is pretty bad.
It has issues with using U3 speed memory cards. If I rebooted the phone it would say the memory card is corrupt or missing.
Loading the gallery or apps from the memory card was painfully slow, this is with a U3 card. A class 10 card worked OK even tho its slower than a U3. I used a memory card speed test app and it just would read U3 cards so slowly.
Apart from the above well documented issues, the phone felt great and solid too.

I may check the phone in this deal out, bead something to replace my G4 as I fancy a change.

I mean a Moto G5, not an LG. Just to be clear.

They are now, l.

They never used to be though, did they?.

Go back 2+ Year's back or so, and ...

And if I'm not mistaken, all entities (PC World, Curry's, Dixon's, CPW), are STILL Trading under their own individual Brand Name's, etc etc like?.

So kind of depends how you look at it I guess?. :-)

Purchased for my son 3 months ago at 149.99, great phone, fast fingerprint access. Only real negatives are storage space, slow standard charger and average camera.

cullies3 h, 35 m ago

Never again a moto. Too many chances, too many screen issues. Never again.

Great phone for the price to be fair... can be a little slow sometimes but for a phone with a decent camera, NFC, expandable memory, decent and battery.

Go for it

They are all Dixon's carphone that all that matters.

Just bought this 140 off Amazon
Looks good for the money according to person I got it for

No mmtracker though which is a pain as he'll have to use his old M4 aqua for walking.
