Basically take a phone out on O2 refresh, request unlock, ring and pay off phone contract which cancels the airtime too
There's already a Nougat beta available for this so it looks like Huawei might be getting their updates out sooner than the other manufacturers. Great price for a current flagship.
2% possible quidco available
Not a bad deal at all. Good little phone

Can you please help me as to which plan should I purchase, to get this price. I dont know much about O2 refresh - Do I select I price plan under pay monthly + pay for your device in full? And if so, the 500 mb tariff?
another question... I'm on giffgaff so i assume this won't need unlocking for it to work for me?

I think it's the £26/month tariff with no upfront cost which gives you the device for £192.
Take out the contract, as soon as phone arrives, cancel airtime contract and request unlock code.

very tempted was gonna get this on Vodafone but this might work out cheaper, any quidco or easy ways to unlock to ee ?
Thanks guys - just one more, if any one knows - Is this dual sim or single sim and also does this have nfc (ideal for my project work). The GSM spec says NFC available only on select model. NFC Yes (EVA-L09 only) gsmarena.com/hua…php
Looks like a really decent phone for the money but this all sounds a bit too risky for me. I don't think I'm brave enough for deals like this. X)

That's true but then would O2 unlock it? I think 5.2" is a bit too small for me anyway tbh although I like the sound of the 4GB RAM and those Kirin CPU's sound promising.
Just ordered mine now - THANKS!!!

Strange I saw this late last night and it said out of stock, maybe it had just been added and stock levels weren't up to date yet.
Just tried and said out of stock for me.
Says 'Out of stock for home delivery' on main page now.
I was too slow Oh well I am sure a better deal is just around the corner.

You don't need to unlock it when using with giffgaff sim
Is this definitely 4gb ram as gsmarena has 2 options 32gb/3gb and 64gb/4gb
OOS
You can still check out with the £29.50 monthly tariff and pay off the device cost for £192

Better to have it unlocked now for free for the future if you change networks to something other than O2/GG. Also would be easier to sell it unlocked.

It is 3GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, single SIM.
The camera on this is outrageous.
I've bootloader unlocked my LGG4 and have Root & TWRP etc on it It's got a cracked screen but still looking to get a couple of hundred quid for it and would do so to get this, I think.

This will be the 32/3Gb version, unless it specifically mentions otherwise at O2.
