What is the ram and memory?

further down the page on giffgaff it says 3gb of ram

oh and theres a sepcs tab which has them all but 16gb mem is what it says

so a low spec phone then, but for the money that's what you'd expect

I purchased the other deal for the black view, it comes with a case and brand new for £75 on Amazon
I had this when it was new. Such a good phone.

Same here - was using mine until this year. The cooling system for the CPU is very well implemented - even using Google Maps, etc abroad in a hot country and it never overheated.
Sorry just realised mine was the P9, not lite. Still a crazy good phone. Just last week took it back out of mothballs to give to my mom, she couldn't be happier.
One of the best phones for the money at the time and still competent now. 16GB storage is the only longer-term issue.
my obligatory comment that i bought a P9 on the giffgaff black friday deal and mine was sim locked - Not unlocked.
after a lot of faffing with the online team was eventually told to return the handset for a refund...
I was not able to do so due to personal stuff.

so a small risk you wont get an unlocked phone from GG and the support is useless as its all online with no live chat.
Huawei.....wasn't there an issue about American companies not supporting this Chinese spy surveillance network.
Oooo I'm looking for a cheap phone for my son's birthday. Although I was hoping for around the £50 range.
I have had it good phone
16 gb became an.issue despite sd card started getting stuck for memory as nearly 6 gb is taken
up by operating systems

I'd ignore Huawei …I'd ignore Huawei https://www.techradar.com/news/huawei-pitches-its-alternative-to-google-play-store

Not sure of the latest news with Huawei, but that doesn't apply to this phone.
I had one of these for around 2 1/2 years, replacing a Galaxy 6 which ended up in a swimming pool (don't ask). Have recently upgraded to a Mate 20 Lite, but think pound for pound the P9 Lite was the best phone I've had
