The non 4G version at £149.99 is a lot more appealing IMO. Unless you want a second number just for your watch as no UK mobile network will allow you to have a second SIM with the same number.

Hi Alvie, been thinking of getting one of these to pair with my P20, do you think that the non 4G version will be just as good or do I miss out by not having 4G? Thought I'd move with the times, hence the how long is a piece of string question.
How long does the non 4g version last between charges ? & how does it compare to the new tickwatch

Hi!

I've never owned a smartwatch until just today when my Huawei Watch 2 arrived! I'm not sure if I am the best person to answer this question but I'll do my best.

In my opinion, the non 4G version is better as it is cheaper and I think it's weird to have a different number on your watch than on your phone. As long as your phone is always charged and on your person, you're not missing out at all. In fact there are also some benefits such as the fact the non 4G will have better battery life!

Hi, That answer is really helpful, now it's W2 classic or W2? thanks.
I have the LG Watch Sport with sim. I use it without my phone when running so I don't have to take my phone. Before leaving I divert calls to it and use the watch to stream music and log my run on strava. Admittedly, if I want to call somebody it will be from a different number, but if that were the case it would only be in emergencies so I'm OK with that. I'd personally get the 4g version.
I went for the W2 and bought a replacement strap so it's somewhere in between for £50 less then the classic.
What do you guys who have one think of the screen size ?

I have the £149.99 Huawei Watch 2 Sport.

Edit: Lol, I just realized you meant which should you get, not which one I have. For a more classy looking watch then classic (it's metal Vs ceramic on the sport).

It's small, but it's got a good pixel density.
