Is that Skynet?

Is this any better than the Samsung Gear S3? I already have one but not sure if to replace it or not.
Personally don't like 46mm watches, just feel face is too big

I think you can still return. They may ask you to pay the return postage if your reason is"no longer needed" or something along those lines.
I just got this for free with my phone contract.

Do they do this watch in bright colours?

Well, your phone is same brand. So, it makes sense it would work.
Samsung ppl say it doesn't work. I can also paste here a few reviews proving that.

Well there's over 6k reviews with an average of 4.5 out of 5 which is pretty good but to your point of having the same brand as smart phone that makes sense. What I'm baffled about is if you have Samsung phone why not go for Samsung watch that's what I would do.

Actually I don't own a Samsung or Huawei watch myself. I own a Fitbit Versa 2.

But when too many ppl's saying it's got low memory, can't add apps and other stuff I wouldn't buy.
Just my opinion though.

Respect your opinion but for me 2gb is more then enough that's what I see on YouTube videos and really liked it. I had the huawei watch 2 but the battery on that was crap max 2 days this has 2 weeks battery life so went with it again just my opinion as well. But thanks for you insight really appreciated
Think I'll go for the pebble brown for a bit more at £157.50, reviews say it comes with a 2nd rubber/silicone strap: amazon.co.uk/dp/…AZ9

Good choice, I like the look of that one myself. Bought the GT 2 a while back when the price disparity was a lot bigger than it is now. Yeah, you get a 2nd black strap with the pebble brown, saw it in an unboxing vid. Great watches for the money imo

dont have NFC
is this better than the Samsung Galaxy Watch?

Some reviews claim this is a pretty watch but not "smart" enough.

App and software limitations it seems..

Can an owner give an opinion?

Thanks..
Can you use this to play music? I can't see it on the listing but surely you would be able to?

Because you dont normally need to match brands for different devices when it comes to Android smartphones.
Super hot

The only 'issue' is that the Huawei health app from the play store may not work depending on your phone brand and you need to download the APK from another website. Not a problem for me but lot of people are paranoid about this.

Other than that this is a steal

Great price, plus cheap and easy to replace the strap if orange is not your colour.

If it's a hassle then maybe look into buying an orange replacement strap it's easily replaced

It depends on what you want from a watch. Reviewed purely as a smart watch, this only has a very limited spectrum of abilities with little to no ability to upgrade the apps and no NFC.

However, if you want excellent fitness tracking with a superb battery life (upto two weeks claimed, though closer to 10 days with my usage), some, albiet limited, notifications and built-in speaker for music and making/receiving calls then this is an great buy.

The ability to pair headphones means you don't need your phone for gym sessions/going for a run etc... The speaker isn't great for music but does a very decent job at making & receiving calls.

I had a GT before this and the GT2 seems a lot more stable, no dropped connections like the old one.

I have an Samsung S10 5G running 10 and it connects fine for me. The issue I had (and many, many other people experienced) was the version of Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) available from the Play store does not work with the Huawei Health app - you get mutiple crashes and errors. This can be resolved by downloading a newer version from Huawei.

I'd concur with all of that being a user. The wife has a Samsung mobile, she also had issues with her Huawei watch using the Health App from the Play store but as mentioned above sourcing it directly from Huawei fixed that.

I've saw a few negative comments on size ie too big, but for me personally it's the opposite. Just right imo. I detest a big cumbersome watch face, can't sleep wearing them either, but I've no issues with the GT 2, we're sleeping together just fine lol
I've been having some issues with the app recently on my Note 9. Tried to reinstall Huawei Mobile Services but it won't let me log in at all now.

Anyone had success fixing the issue?

No, Huawei Watch 2 has it, but that model has a 2-day battery life...
Cracking watch though otherwise
