If you're OK with lack of google, the y5p is better
I think these budget Huawei phones are the safest option for buyers of the brand just now. For a back up or for someone who doesn't mind tinkering if needed you have nothing to lose (apart from patience). Great for times when you want a decent burner in the garage or garden etc.
How do these modern budget phone compare to older flagship phones from four or five years ago? Aside from Android version support.
Would this be an improvement on my Sony xperia xa which is now almost 3 years old please? When I first bought my xperia people raved about the camera but I have to say I was disappointed although I will never be a David Bailey or Tony Armstrong Jones so probably not using it to it's full potential. Only use phone for texts, whatsapp, calls. No gaming or whatever else the younger ones do with a phone!!!!
This be better than my Moto g5 I need to replace soon as power button faulty
