Worth checking in store, just bagged one from Hull st. Andrews. Couldn't see in cage if there were any more.

Tempting. What is the bridge used for. I currently have a normal white hue bulb and am able to control it via Alexa.

The bridge let’s you select way more themes and controls, so you might want concentrate white/blue based light for concentration, mellow red and yellow hues to wind down. Controls include more automations, also things like turn your lights when you are getting close to home. It’s all not that necessary, but if you have the bridge it is cool

Can someone do me a good deal on the bridge? Bought some hue stuff a while ago without knowing I needed the bridge. Now they are collecting dust because I'm too resentful to pay £50 for the bridge

With Currys it seems to take a month+ to process, think to cover returns period. I’ve done Currys a few times, doesn’t even matter if you use gift card(with cash back purchasing that)

One item was faulty exchange, kinda made me anxious it would mess it up but it was all good (edited)

Great price, just need the bulbs but still!

Cracking (first) deal this. I would be very surprised if this isn’t an error to be honest. If they had a deal similar to this on the GU10s I would be hoovering them up and selling all the bridges!

Damn how many is the limit? I didn’t even know that was a thing. If everyone gets their order then there’s going to be a good number of people selling the bridge including myself. So hit me up Monday, I’ll do it at a bargain

Does anyone know if this is the new version of the Bridge? I don’t see anything in the tech specs
    GaryFromLondon's avatar
    Author
They only ever released 2 versions and a .1 which i think is just the firmware update preinstalled. This model has been out years, i can’t image any retailer sell the old one. The old model a lot of people don’t even know existed

Edit: double checked, even their next evolution in smart home “matter” is still going to use same hue bridge with a firmware update (edited)

    Im new with this
Do i need to buy also the PHILIPS HUE Smart Plug with Bluetooth ?
    What its good for?
    GaryFromLondon's avatar
    Author
No the plug is a completely different thing. The plug you can setup automations. Like you could say “Alexa goodnight” and it can be setup to turn off all of your plugs. You can set schedule on and off times. Or you can use the app to setup routines and manually turn off plugs from the comfort of your phone. I think the bought together thing is BS to get add on sales
