Product information
A big screen bargain from a top brand – this LG 75 inch TV supersizes your home entertainment.

A bigger screen for less
Nothing beats the visual thrill of a big screen and, with this LG you get a whopping 75 inch screen for the price of most 55 or 65 inch TVs. The bigger screen is ideal for larger rooms and immerses you in the action in ways that smaller screens can’t hope to match.

Active HDR for wide ranging HDR support
As well as offering a jumbo screen, this 75" LG TV also offers the picture quality to match. Active HDR covers a range of formats, including HDR10 and HLG. HDR10 is widely used on UHD gaming consoles from Sony and Microsoft. HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma HDR) is a broadcast and user generated standard format that is set to become the standard for transmitting 4K signals.

4K Ultra HD TV - Ultimate Detail
Thanks to 4K UHD screen resolution, this LG 75 inch TV offers stunning realism. The resolution is four times greater than the more conventional 1920 x 1080 Full HD TVs and it's a difference you can see clearly on this mighty LG 75 inch TV. Thanks to LG's 4K Resolution Upscaler, even standard FHD signals can be upscaled to near 4K clarity and detail - giving your Blu-rays a new lease of life. Whatever the resolution, the LG's big screen always impresses.

Part of the unique ThinQ AI system for effortless control
LG’s unique artificial intelligence system brings together a wide range of products under intuitive control. For your TV this means intelligent voice control and the ability to seamlessly work with third party services from Google and Amazon. The more LG ThinQ AI products you have around the home the more seamless and integrated the control becomes.

webOS Smart system compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa*
The award-winning LG webOS smart TV system is already one of the most highly-rated in the industry. Powerful but user-friendly, webOS makes Smart TV even smarter. Now featuring Google Assistant and Amazon, webOS just got even better. Google Assistant is capable of changing the channel and input via voice command. It also integrates with services such as Google Photos and Google Maps to make your TV an even greater source of entertainment. *Google Assistant requires software update and Google Home device for some functions. Amazon Alexa requires Amazon Alexa device

Wouldn't necessarily say conned. OLED will be a better set than this.
In my experience of tv’s verses projectors, Projectors were for the class to do work at the same time. But when the tv on a trolley was rolled out, you were gonna watch a video which meant no work. So tv wins everytime and its been that way since the 80’s.

Need a projector for that my friend, once you do you'll never go back

No it is better than projector. You do not want washed out colours with projector and distorted images. My employer has so many expensive projectors which just throw rubbish on the screen. You have no clue what you are talking about.

£30 off with code TV30
Can it do 3D?
I ordered this from the previous HUKD listing two weeks ago. Mine arrived last week. The lads at Richer Sounds were explaining to me how the TV was at the budget end of the spectrum and would suggest a better TV for my requirements (gaming). Despite their attempts to warn me that this TV may disappoint, I went ahead and placed an order anyway. I am so glad I did as I'm very impressed by it! I've been absolutely loving it! For the price you really can't go wrong, especially with the 6-year warranty

They were right to at least warn you as it is indeed a budget set but for gaming it's decent as it has very low input lag in comparison to other sets of a similar price.

It's IPS as well so has great colour and viewing angles.
What model is it?
mike570510/09/2019 01:27

It's not a 3d TV, 3d has died out anyway
Does it have Freeview or Freesat input types?

Yeah I don't know what I'm talking about, company's just send me projectors to review on my channel cause I'm clueless and don't know what I'm talking about

No that guys clearly an mental saying such non-sense! You won't get distorted images on a projector unless you've paid £40.
My current 4k projector amazes everybody when they see it, even my old Optoma hd26 looked stunning and thay was just 1080p.

My mate paid £450 HD & it looks fabulous, not too sure if it looks that good in daylight but in the evening, just wow.

How do you mean?
TomBowler810/09/2019 19:04

How do you mean?

I was just meaning if you want a proper home cinema, a projector is the way to go hand down. I'd recommened 100-120" depending on your room size.
After people have seen my set up they want one.
Some people go for short throw projectors and others long, just what ever suits your room best.
Bear in mind that nothing you watch on this other than 4k content will look any good

If you Google this, the only 2 results are for HUKD, hmmm

Careful, you'll end up getting trolled!
Contrast ain't great on the lesser LG's.
Blacks sometimes struggle to look black.

Check on displayspecifications if it has local dimming (I think it does) which helps improve things a little, and whether this is a RGB or RGBW panel (which you certainly don't want in your life).

Being this is a 75UK62000PLB, this is one from their 2018 line up, not that there's anything wrong with that, but just bear it in mind.
Check to see if you get the Magic Remote with it or not.

No projector can be as good as a high end 4k TV in my experience. All the projector s from Sharp LG etc which we use in our conference rooms have been rubbish so far . I hate them all for distorted images and washed out colours. Maybe it's just the settings but I have never seen good quality from them .

Very true... except for how much pain your banging cinema sound system brings to the neighbours, so you are left with a system wanting to roar like a lion, but having to squeak like a mouse

If you play your system during normal hours no one complain s . I have 1000 watt speakers connected as well but I switch off everything before 11pm . Just use some common sense . My neighbor s have their own music systems as well.
